No way should it take almost 30 minutes for someone's coffee when the other window has cars moving every 5 minutes, coffee is supposed to be quick and easy, your Baristas at this location need a lesson in time management and customer service, this is pathetic when every other location can have cars moving within 10 minutes max.

Here's what SHOULDN'T happen when someone comes back to have an order remade because it was made poorly and incorrectly; SOMEONE CATCHING ATTITUDE AND DECIDING TO KEEP MONEY WHEN THEY HAVE TO ISSUE A FULL REFUND FOR DISGUSTING COFFEE. Tips are earned when a sale is completed successfully. That means WITHOUT ANY ISSUES When you have to fully refund a customer, THAT INCLUDES THE TIP. I will be calling corporate, thieves shouldn't be allowed to work in a place that handles money of any kind.
Edit*** yall have made ZERO improvement since my last one star experience 2 months ago. I almost forgot it was this same location.

This is my favorite coffee shop. I wish they had indoor seating and ordering, the drive thru gets way too crowded... and that's even after driving to multiple on my way through town.

Service was great It was the first time first The gold made a twix as well as my first time being there If I'm ever in Kalispell again I'll be coming back everything tastes great!
I’ve sadly been pretty disappointed with Copper Mountain lately. I already knew our order would be wrong when the girl came out on the porch and took our order without writing it down and asking for clarification (bc she forgot already) before walking back inside. My boyfriend’s moonshine had no cream and whip on top when we asked for the complete opposite of cream and no whip. I asked for a Green Tea Arnold Palmer and they obviously made it with regular black/sweet tea as it was super dark compared to the drink I order everyday and insanely too sweet considering I add lavender, pineapple, and pineberry syrup. When telling the staff they insist it was green tea and I was just wrong! Just remake the drink even if the customer was wrong(though I wasn’t)! I’ve never had someone refuse to remake my drink! They fixed his moonshine but not my drink, so I left with something undrinkable and just dumped it on the street! It even said plain old regular Arnold Palmer on my cup when every other time it reads Green Tea Palmer ! Don’t appreciate basically being called a liar and having my drink refused to be remade! Will never come back to this location and the girl is very lucky they don’t wear nametags. The girl that took our order is the same that insisted it was green tea! This happened on July 11th at about 12:30pm. The location on 3 mile is by far the best location. Need to leave them a great review. Never had any problems there . Don’t bother with this location on W Central. I’ve attached a picture of my empty cup from dumping it out. As you can see PB= Pineberry LAV= lavender PA=Pineapple and then it says just a regular Arnold Palmer! I think I know how the drink I have everyday looks and tastes. This was not made with green tea!
UPDATE: went to my preferred local and got my drink attaching a picture of what is always written on my cup!

Abby at the Meridian location is the best. She always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Her drinks are always great from lattes to moonshines. I wish this location was the one that was open at 0530 when I'm headed to work.

customer service was great with a smile but that smile came with the price of a steamed or microwaved bagel that is ridiculous !!! 6 dollars for the bagel and a 2 dollar tip make it an eight dollar bagel that is soggy get real . get after it manager and fix this issue nobody ever wanted a soggy bagel.

Copper mountain coffee is ripping everyone off , the most expensive place in town while having unhappy baristas who don't enjoy doing their job. They reply to all the bad reviews as if they aren't the problem. YOU ARE THE PROBLEM IF YOU CANT FIX IT ! You go to other places and the employees actually enjoy making coffee, not get mad when you have a special request like oat milk. IT IS $24 FOR 2 32 OZ COFFEES. It costs them AT THE MOST $12 to make TWO coffees. Everytime I go it is a different price too ! And on top of the horrible pricing you get rude employees like the blonde girl on center street who hates doing her job ! And more than half the time they can't even make it right. Shame on this organization, just because so many people buy your coffee doesn't mean you should make a change given you're a community coffee shop that could do way better.
