I enjoyed being here today as it was my first time. The burrito I ordered was freshly made including the tortilla. It was filling and the price was good. The person who made our meal was nice and knowledgeable. All and all a good experience.

Place never seems to let me down, though would be nice if they got cup lids for large cups. Otherwise the food is always tasty

I love this place ! Sometimes they don’t have all their ingredients and from someone also working in the restaurant industry I understand how it is right now with deliveries. The people are always nice ! The food always good ! Good energy good vibes ?

Would not go back, burrito wasn't very good just had rice, beans, meat and cheese inside with No veggies inside. Lettuce served on the side was bland and Pico was basically just sliced tomatoes and onions.

Staff were polite and food was great. Only bad thing was no AC on a hot summer day. I was very excited when driving by on a work trip to spot a CostaVida but will not be coming back. I was also using the bathroom and noticed the owner had a nice faucet but that limits amount of water to come out. Made it difficult to wash hands. Hoping that a nice chain like this can help correct these issues to make it a comfortable setting.

The food is 5 stars but the service is really bad. I usually place a order for my bf thru Uber eats and I like to have the sauces on the side instead of on the food this way the food won’t be soggy but they are ALWAYS UNREACHABLE so it’s always very upsetting because now my mans food is going to be soggy and disgusting. #2 after placing a order my orders been cancelled 2x after waiting 15mins which is very inconvenient because by then local restaurants close their apps and now I’m stuck with no food to order which again is so upsetting and my order is also never cheap I usually spend 25$+ and I’m a very frequent consumer at this place via Uber. Maybe they need more staff because I know they are busy because like I said food is amazing but the fact that orders get cancelled after 10-15 mins and no one answers the store phone is extremely upsetting that I just can’t purchase food from here no more which is sad because we love the food.

Low quality food with subpar taste. Horchata was watery. Sad to say i'd much rather eat at Taco bell than here. Do yourself a favor and go to Chipotle instead.

Line wasn't bad, 10 minutes. Ordered black beans and jalapeños. I received no jalapeños and I was given pinto beans. Also, no plastic ware or napkins. These issues are not Covid related. Poor customer service.

Sat in line for over 40 minutes to get my food. It was honestly crazy. Each car took about 10+ minutes -- I got in line because there weren't a lot of cars. Once your in line, you can't get out. I was late to a super important meeting, and when I got my food out, the order was wrong. Very frustrating, will not be going back.

The absolute worst Costa Vida ever! We seriously waited in the drive through line for an hour. And there were only 7 cars in front of us. By the time we realized it was taking way too long, we were stuck in the line and couldn't get out. I SO badly wanted to hop the curb but couldn't, due to fear of being sued for damages. Will never return. I tried to post my review on google maps, but google actually likes to block negative reviews to make their businesses look better. Go figure. Thanks Yelp. Glad I can warn people.

Quite literally the worst drive thru experience we’ve ever had. We were in line for over an hour. I’m not exaggerating. There were no more than 8 cars in front of us when we got in line. The worst part was that once we realized that we’d been in line for 20 minutes and only advanced 2 cars, it was too late and we couldn’t get out of line. We were subsequently stuck there for 40 minutes.When we got up to the window, my husband kindly let them know that they need to let people know when they get in the drive-thru line, they’re committing to at least 45 minutes there.He was offered chips and a bunch of excuses. Not acceptable. If they keep this up, the business will die. We didn’t take the chips. We would’ve rather had our hour back. ?

Hubby in longest line (no staff)! They don't have grilled chicken, steak or queso! Chips & cheese $11!!!! After waiting 20 minutes in fast food line, he left empty handed, disgusted & hungry! Ridiculous! I don't eat there so he does when I'm not with him. They advertise tortilla soup & don't have it....hmmmmmm

Online ordering tells you to use the drive thru to pick up your order, then says differently on the order finalization screen. I've been in line for 45 minutes, for an order that was ready 30 minutes ago, and I haven't even gotten to the ordering menu. Not for a large order, either. 2 entrees and 2 beverages. If you like being misled and having your time wasted, this is the joint.Just got into the store and they didn't even have my order. I had to open my banking app to show that I was charged for it, then go back to my order on the website to show him what I had ordered. The man who assisted me in store was friendly and offered a free drink as compensation, but admitted that he shut down online ordering half an hour ago, eliminating my order.It's this easy guys: PUT A SIGN AT THE DRIVE THRU ENTRANCE THAT SAYS "PLEASE GO INSIDE FOR ONLINE ORDERS."I can't read 20 point text on your door from 100 yards. Nobody can.This could have saved us both a headache.
