Dairy queen by far is the best fast food buisiness I've been to in kalispell, the service is quick and the hot food is always hot. Ice cream is always cold, the service is great, if you watch what these young people do during the day is amazing, they serve from the happiest of people to the most grumpy, and are always very professional. It's not an easy job serving the public and getting food prepared for a buisy day, especially when people are hungry and angry. Everyone there does a great job and food is always ready for you. The owner has a great team of people, way to go Randy!!!WooHoo!!! I'm always looking forward to the car shows, it's great to see what people do, it's bringing the past to the present through classic cars. Thank you for what you do and what you have done!

Most of time service is great. Today 10/25/25, there were kids behind the register laying on the floor, throwing food at each other, girls with multiple hickies on their necks, and the one who waited on us when we picked up the cakes, was so rude! Won't be back for a while.

Foods almost always cold, blizzards are hardly ever mixed up all the way when you order a large, customer service sucks etc takes too long to get cold food

Sure wish the ice cream wasn't soup. I have been a patron of dairy queen kalispell for 30 years. I have been dissatisfied with the ice cream because it's basically melted when I get it. Wish they would fix this

The tall pretty girl with the blue hair, at the register, was very friendly & professional, she Handeled multiple orders without a mistake or delay, her demeanor & professionalism should be rewarded, i come in 1s a week & she is always happy sight
Only been to this one once so far, but I got a Flamethrower burger (my favorite fast food burger of all time), and fries, and they both slapped. I'll definitely be back!
