Twice now I have ordered food waited over an hour just for them to cancel my order after it said it was delivered then I try to call the store and nobody answers the phone. Now I have no food for my kid no way to get anything since everything is closed now and I don't drive. Thanks I'll just stop ordering from you guys since it's always a hassle.

Not very happy the franchisee, decided to get rid of the 6.99 national coupon deals for pizza. Now your forced to pay exorbitant prices for pizza, unless it's just a plain Jane crust and sauce with virtually no toppings. Rediculous.

You can order a big mac and fries for the prices of a dominos pie. Despite the shocking difference in food, both items are made by stoned teenagers. Don't bother modifying the pizzas as they will be ignored. Two light cheese pizzas came with OVER 4 lbs of cheese. It might have been petty to remove all the toppings and weigh them, but I was shocked at the layer of cheese thicker than the thin crust. A very overworked woman will greet you pleasantly, but the rest of the staff is too busy hitting the penjamin
If I could rate lower than one I would. Ordered delivery tonight, never showed up. Status began with Terry prepping my order. Went all the way through quality check, and stayed there.... never changed. I really think this was done on purpose because you can't report it missing or a problem unless it's being delivered in the status. I have had the same kind of problems with this location before so I took screenshots during the whole process. Very frustrating. I will definitely be pursuing this.

Gal behind Counter taking pizza etc out of oven and cutting and boxing up. She has long hair hanging loose over food. I mentioned to cashier and he made excuses. Hair in food is not ok. No gloves is bad enough.

I've never been to the store, nor have I had the food, so I'm giving an average review for both of those. The service, however, is severely lacking.I placed an order for delivery, and 10 minutes after I placed it the store canceled the order. They said to call the store for additional info, so I tried multiple times to call, but each time the call kept ringing and was never answered.The store is listed as being open, as it is currently a Monday and the time is 5:30 PM. Having my order canceled without being reached out to, followed by not having anyone answer my call to inquire, is immensely frustrating.I loved Dominos when I lived in Missoula, and as this is the experience I've had upon my first attempt at having it in Kalispell, I'm highly recommending that others stay away (at least when it comes to online or phone orders).
