I've never been to the store, nor have I had the food, so I'm giving an average review for both of those. The service, however, is severely lacking.I placed an order for delivery, and 10 minutes after I placed it the store canceled the order. They said to call the store for additional info, so I tried multiple times to call, but each time the call kept ringing and was never answered.The store is listed as being open, as it is currently a Monday and the time is 5:30 PM. Having my order canceled without being reached out to, followed by not having anyone answer my call to inquire, is immensely frustrating.I loved Dominos when I lived in Missoula, and as this is the experience I've had upon my first attempt at having it in Kalispell, I'm highly recommending that others stay away (at least when it comes to online or phone orders).

Second time I’ve waited 30minutes to an hour in store for my food. For some reason every time I come here there’s either only 1 person working, and toddlers running around the back of the store. Not sure why this store is still open.

Some employees do a very good job and are very helpful, however one employee is very poor at their job. They have gotten my order wrong, tried to convince me that my order was different, is very rude, and is not a very pleasant person. I will not name names because of the public nature of these reviews, but I will make a complaint to the manager/supervisor.Otherwise, every other employee is pleasant and if it weren't for the other employee I'd be a returning customer.

Absolutely garbage! Payed for delivery & my pizza & pasta weren't even fully cooked!! Took it back & even beat the delivery driver back TOP IT OFF!!! Then NO ONE wanted to own up as manger yet a employee could mouth off?! Courtney refunded my order but AGAIN ABSOLUTELY garbage pizza & serviceKid-friendliness: Again would of been better if SOMEONE was in charge, not listening to music loud & upset about situation
