Famous Dave’s…. More like infamous Dave’s! Just not good. Our waitress was great but the food was sooo bad. The quality was equivalent to gas station food and gas station food just might be better. My husband and I got the pick three which included brisket, boneless wings, and catfish fingers. None of the three were good. Boneless wings were more like burnt popcorn chicken. Brisket was over marinated and all fat. Catfish tasted like it had been marinated in dirty dish water. Save your dollars and eat literally anywhere else.

I appreciate the offer for the free meal but I will politely and appreciatively decline the offer. Please remove your contact information so random people don’t contact you for that free meal. I appreciate your professionalism here, thank you!) Awful! All of the menus were absolutely disgusting with food and grim- I wonder if that passes health inspection? Part of the menus were completely rubbed off- I wonder if that passes health inspection? There is a layer of filth on the moose which is a focal point located above the fireplace in the middle of the restaurant- I wonder if that passes health inspection? The fireplace has black soot on the fireplace mantel- I wonder if that passes health inspection? There is a layer of filth on all of the exposed log beams- I wonder if that passes health inspection? There was standing water in the ladies restroom- I wonder if that passes health inspection? All of the food tasted gross! Years ago we visited this restaurant frequently but NONE of the food or sauces tasted the same. The meat food portions are super small and was served on Toast to give the appearance of a larger serving- awful! The waitress didn’t come to our table for awhile (maybe 10 minutes) but the service after that was fine

There were nine of us that had lunch together after church today. Everyone loved all the different meals we ordered and the 2 young men that were our waiters and helpers were very nice and caring!! We would all definitely recommend Famous Dave’s Barbecue Restaurant in Kalispell!

The server for our party of about 25 guests in “the Cabin” room was Kylie, a young lady who was both efficient and attentive. The reason for taking the time to comment is the fact that, especially for someone so young, she seemed to float unobtrusively while tending to our needs yet pausing to make individual contact when appropriate. We had family in town, and they suggested going to Famous Daves. It had been quite a few years since we had gone as our past experiences were mixed.
We were pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the food was very good as well. I would recommend giving them a try.

I’ve eaten at this place maybe three times but each time I’ve went I’ve gotten extremely sick for a couple days after eating there and I thought it was just me but this time around me and my bf went for our anniversary and after we ate we hadn’t even left before we started feeling sick to our stomachs, a couple hours later I’m puking and he is. I don’t care how gross this sounds but it’s coming out both ends I wouldn’t recommend this place at all I’m never going there again because I care about what I put inside of my body

I'm giving a 3 because the restuarant is beautiful, clean, smells great, clean bathrooms, good service, and kid friendly. The food however was pretty disappointing. The rib tips and brisket were pretty dry and seemed at least a day or two old and been siiting in fridge unwrapped. Same for our order of wings, definitely not close to fresh at all. We also had chili cheese fries. This is not a good combo. The nacho cheese sauce needs to be deleted guys and there is no way this chili is world famous. This is something you would get at a low end carnival. Can i make you guys some true southern BBQ chili? I really would if you would let me. I would love to help you have the best chili cheese fries. Anywho I wish we could see this restaurant hit it's potential. It's not far off its just not there.
