We came here to try some of the local flavor. Figured barbecue would be really good, and since another restaurant was closed today, we decided to come to Famous Dave’s instead.
The barbecue wasn’t consistent across the board. Their menu is pretty good. I got the burnt tips, barbecue chicken, and boneless wings three meat combo.
The wings had a good flavor, but needed a little bit more sauce. The chicken was really mushy when I started eating it, and it was too soft so I didn’t eat a majority of that. Of the burnt ends that I ordered, I only had one little juicy piece. Other than that, it was dry with sauce slathered on. They give 2 halves of corn, which is a large portion with a little bit of butter on them, but they didn’t have any flavor to them. I guess because they weren’t salted. The cornbread had a good flavor, but it was dry and needed butter.
My husband got the breaded chicken strips and they were really dry. I wouldn’t recommend them, he said he really liked his brisket and chili.
The place was clean and our waitress was a little busy waitressing a whole bunch of tables at the same time, but we had other people coming around in the area and were able to flag them down to get us a few things we needed throughout the meal.
The food quality was average, wouldn’t come back here for barbecue. The place was easy to get in to. There were barely any people there. and we went at peak Sunday dinner time.

Restaurant is pretty quiet for a Saturday night, so we didn’t have a wait. Full rack of ribs was just okay. Not bad, but definitely not the best. Coleslaw was decent. Loaded baked potato came steaming hot. Delicious cornbread! Prompt and friendly service.

Went there to have lunch with my adult children. We dine here often. Everything was delicious. Appetizers, catfish, boneless wings, sides, etc. Kylie was our server. She was friendly and helpful. Overall I had a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning.

We came in after a day at Glacier National Park, hungry and tired. Service was slow and inefficient. We had to ask for everything- nothing was offered. Waited a very long time for food and when it finally came it was poorly prepared and inconsistent. Several at the table ordered chicken tenders. One order was so overcooked it was inedible. Others were undercooked. Mac and cheese (should be a no-brainer) was like they had dumped in all of their leftover vegetables and was absolutely disgusting! We will never go to Famous Dave's again! Anywhere!

So you go in and there is empty tables in the bar. You are not allowed to go in even for a drink. The kid at the desk said we cannot seat anyone do to the kitchen. I said what if we just want a drink and wait. No I am sorry we can't seat anyone. We'll we left. Why in the world could we not go in the bar and have a drink. They did this last year too.

We had lunch around 1-2 pm and the service was pretty good. The food on the other hand was only fair- the Pork spareribs were dried out or overcooked, the corn on the cob was dry no butter flavor, the chicken leg/thigh were off a very small chicken-(cornish Hen), the beans weren't bad if you like them sweet. Usually, Famous Daves has better food.
Trent rocks. The host was perfect. Food hit the spot—it was hot, fresh, and delicious.

We ordered the Feast for Two, which will easily feed three. Isaac our waiter was friendly, fast and with good advice and humor. An enormous Moose was hovering over us, just to check we finished our plates.

We did catering for our wedding with full service. The food was great and on time. I think we were expecting a bit more personnel to show up for the setup and service but everything worked out fine and it was a great value. Everyone loved the food!
