One bad experience after the next. Too bad, the subs are good.

I really like this place. I just saw a firehouse commercial and now I’m craving one of their subs. Hopefully they open again soon!

Big Kahuna is the best! Well actually I don't know that for sure because I just can't not order the Big Kahuna. My wife and I can share one and leave totally satisfied.

My nine year old son wanted to go here for his birthday. Staff informed us they were out of most of their food and had a limited menu. They had their chairs put up 2 hours before their listed close time. We tried to take some chairs down to make room for our larger party and we’re yelled at by the staff because they didn’t want to clean our table. They told us to put the chairs back up. We were forced to pick up and move other tables together because they didn’t want to clean tables. I also couldn’t find a high chair that wasn’t broken for my baby and had to hold him the whole time. Extremely rude staff unpleasant experience all around. Would have left if it wasn’t my sons birthday dinner.

We stopped here on the way back from one of our hikes. We called ahead so the subs were ready when we got there. They were excellent and perfectly made to our exact order. The ingredients are obviously fresh and first quality. The service was top notch. They had forgotten our cookies and were incredibly generous in compensating us for the mistake. The prices are great, they are on Hutton Ranch Road but worth the drive from town.

I don't eat bread, except once in a blur moon. I use to go to Subway, but there products were lacking.I went to Firehoue and got the best sandwich! I custom order it to have onion bell pepper, I think mushrooms with turkey, & cheese. I also bought a special hot sauce that I couldn't get here. It's scotch bonnet peppers with a smoky Ness to it. I have to go there, I need more sauce! That will include another sandwich!Melody Hass

If you're going to advertise an opening time of 10:30 am, post it online, and have it on your store front....please don't stare people down when they try to come in and get something to eat at 10:30, and leave the door locked.

Vegetarian sub with whole wheat was delicious! Bread was not chewy and vegetables seems quite fresh. Spicy sauce was unique and tasty!

I absolutely love this place and my kids do to. I always get the Italian sub it's got to be the best sandwich in kalispell!
