We have tried about all the coffee shops in the area and we have found Florence coffee to be the most flavorful, most consistent and also more reasonably priced. We actually drive 6.5 miles from our house to indulge in the nectar of their beans lol. Worth it

Service was super slow, we waited forever to get to the window and when we started giving our order the barista got mad we were ordering more than 3 drinks and was rude. So we left right then. We are always nice and tip well so absolutely no call for rudeness.

Very sad about the Florence in kalispell. Two days in a row the gal made my lotus with flat already opened polar ice that she pulled out of the fridge. Then I asked for a splash of half and half and she gave me like an inch of cream. The worst lotus I’ve ever had. I was so sad.
Super adorable place and great coffee!! They even gave my dogs treats which was a cherry on top to their customer service :)

Decent coffee, but having to wait 20 minutes behind one car and then watching everybody else in line, give up on both sides at 1130 on a Sunday is pretty ridiculous.
