It is a nice place and the service and staff were wonderful. The scallop dish seemed like it would be delicious, however the scallops were gritty and 3 of the 6 were undercooked. And the mushrooms in it were unbelievably salty/lemony, overpowering every other ingredient. We didn't send it back, mainly because it was Valentine's Day and so busy we knew it would take too long to get another dish. Disappointing for the price.

Usually have good experiences here but this last time the staff was rude to each other, extremely slow, and falsely advertised a special Valentine's Day meal and was told by our server “it's above my pay grade” when we inquired about the advertisement

Pretty space and ambiance but I can’t tell ya what was happening with the kitchen tonight. We left before even getting our food after waiting almost 2hrs. Waiter apologized but no apologies from management just regular mentions of “it’s coming soon”.

We were a large party (8) so even an hour wait was expected but getting to 2 was insane and no attempt my management to make up for it.

Excellent meal! The bartender suggested the beef tenderloin and she was spot on.
Definitely worth the money. All of the staff was friendly and professional.

Where to start. I treated my family to dinner and this place has a really bland and boring atmosphere, the building seems like it was meant to be a church not a restaurant, the food is not even subpar I got the salmon, it was rather underwhelming and had these half cooked vegetables and some rather strange bed of something I'm not sure of and the prices are laughable for such quality if nothing else we still laugh when we drive by.

Looking for something new for date night, my wife and I decided to try FreeStone instead of our usual steakhouses, and I wish we hadn't. Service was painfully slow—20 minutes for drinks, another 20 for the appetizer, then another 20 before our order was taken, and 45 more minutes for the food to arrive. We ended up spending two hours there, running out of things to talk about long before the meal came. My $65 Ribeye was cooked to order but was mostly fat and gristle, with only a 2" round piece of edible meat. The white cheese Yukon mash didn't suit me, and the minestrone-style soup, supposedly with shrimp and asparagus, had no shrimp and only tough, fibrous ends of asparagus. The asparagus served with my meal had been cooked in something that erased its natural flavor, replacing it with an odd taste. The bill came to $160 with tip (and that was after they took off the soup and gave us a $32 customer satisfaction credit; the bill still came to $160; without those credits, easily $200. We won't be returning.

We love Freestone for dinner with friends and family. Great ambience, service was excellent and food was delicious! We all ordered steaks. Ribeye, New York and Tenderloin. Cooked to perfection and accompanied by mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Freestone is one of our go-to restaurants when we want a nice meal in a quiet setting. They always have fish dishes we can eat and we love their Brussels sprouts with the huckleberry vinaigrette sauce. It's on the pricy side, but the service is excellent and we always walk away satisfied with our experience.

Ordered lobster Mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts. Both were delicious. The Mac and cheese and big lumps of lobster. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
