I recently prior to this visit drove through Frugals ordered my food then I realized I had no form of payment with me. So I called back on the speaker to the person that took my order, told her my dilemma. Her response was OK no problem. Have a nice evening. Then, as I was driving past the window a few minutes later, as it was my turn in line, she stopped me and told me that her manager comped my meal. Nobody does anything like that anymore. It was very nice of them. Thank you.
Food is most of the time good! Their crispy chicken sandwich is FIRE! Customer service is pretty good. I’d say continue to talk with your customers and put a smile on their face. You never know what type of day they might be having before seeing you.

Vegetarian options: A lot of places throw a vegi burger on the menu but it lacks pizazz! This garden burger was smothered in mushrooms and sauce. It was really good!
