The games were fun but I will say the customer service in the game area wasn't on point however in the adult area it was.

Half the games didn't work. Waited an hour and a half for a pizza that they said was burnt but I believe wasn't sent. Gave us a basket of chicken strips and fries for free, chicken came out raw, pizza came out 10 minutes later dough was raw. Service sucked food sucked and everything over priced. Been there twice and will never go back or recommend to anyone.

Atmosphere is great š service is awesome š kitchen needs improvement, turn temperatureās down! Everything that came out of the kitchen was burnt, the pizza š looked like a large charcoal briquette with pepperoni and cheese on top! Speed cooking is not the answer! And yes I spent over 45 years in food service! š

Pizza was good had a work Xmas party there. Looked like it would be fun if you had little kids. Waited and waited to get a beverage beer 3-4 employees walked right buy my mom and I. So we left.

Slow service food was burnt onion rings tasted like they were deep fried for years. You can see the oil on the onion ring in the photo. The burger patties tasted like turkey patties. The service was so slow we had to wait 30 minutes for three double patty burgers with onion rings and fries. Games were OK. Bunch of games are broken. Wanted to play basketball with my old friend, but I couldnāt. The ketchup bottle was empty, so I could hardly cover up the flavor of the turkey patties in the burger. Iād rather drive to frugals then come back to this depressing establishment.

The worst customer service we've experienced in the valley. I don't know why I keep giving this place chance after chance. I guess because it's the only place like this in Flathead County and I just keep hoping they do better. I have been here 6 times and left unhappy 5 times. I'm done! We will not be back.

Was very empty and some machines closed still funny pretty cheap compared to other arcades.
This was a completely mediocre experience. While the unlimited game pass was well explained to us, it really doesnāt make sense to not collect tickets when the cost is pretty close to what I can play with regular credits in an hour. The arcade had many games of working. For a weekend day, staff were missing from the area for extended periods of time. Still had fun though and did not have any food.

We love playing the arcade side when we have our daughter but date night is awesome too! The bar tenders are so sweet and the food is awesome, we come for karaoke and darts all the time! Santana is the best!

Spent 100 bucks in under an hour For 25$ unlimited cards that didn't work on half of the games just to find out no tickets on the cards when we were finished.
Kids worked there butts off for the tickets the games said they were going to get.
No tickets....0 tickets to trade-in for candy or prizes when we left.... kids we're very disappointed and did not understand why they did not get the tickets the games were saying they should have
