We had a birthday party here and the kids had so much fun! The service was great and the room they provided was perfect for our group! We will definitely be back.

I came in on a Sunday right at opening and let me tell you I have never had better service. The staff was kind and very attentive. This was my first time here and it was awesome!! The food was amazing (get the appetizer platter) and the games were so much fun. I also notice how kind the manager was to her staff and that is very rare nowadays. The environment was extremely clean especially the bathrooms. I would say bring your partner or bring the family either way you will have a BLAST.

This place has everything, great food, great service and a ton of things to do like playing pool, darts and the arcade games. Redemption even has options for adults to choose from. It’s fun for the whole family. They even offer gluten free options!! This place is a must visit!

Food is amazing, try the pepperoni garlic breadstick pizza....it is the 💣. Shannon is the manager and goes above and beyond to make sure all her customers have the greatest time. Entertainment for kids, families, teens, and singles. Pool tables, arcade, darts, trivia night, open mic comedy, karaoke, and talking about adding bingo night. Some of the teens in the valley come to enjoy wholesome fun all while shannon keeps them all in line and out of trouble. This is not a bar atmosphere but an area for everyone to enjoy a social outing. Love this place!

We LOVE the trivia on Monday nights at 7. Great crowd, great host, great questions. Owner Shannon just added NA Italian sodas to the drink menu, and the caramel apple is to die for.

I didn't get a chance to try out the games or the food I walked into the arcade and the arcade was not staffed there was 2 kids and there parents at the prize table patiently waiting for a staff member to hopefully show up. So I walked over to the taps side to order some drinks and some food the atmosphere felt like somebody died the taps side was not staffed all I saw was a couple at a table with no drinks or food at their table. So I walk up to the bar and happen to see 5 staff members chatting amongst themselves in the kitchen I waited 10 minutes hoping to make myself visible but still no one came out of the kitchen to staff the arcade or the taps. If it's not going to be staffed why are your doors open thank you games and taps as a first timer coming to your business for my birthday for ruining it! me and my wife went to Applebee's instead.

Overpriced arcade, many games were not functioning, and the card activation takes almost a minute to even work. kept getting the wait 2 seconds glitch constantly. I didn't order food or anything, so I cannot rate that. Give me the old school arcades any day of the week. At least when you spent money their on tickets, you feel like you got something for you money, instead of complete dissapointment. For the cost of hourly play, they should include drinks and a free photo in the photo booth.

Went to games and taps with the wife and our nephew, food was amazing and came out quick, the bar area was very clean and the person who took our order was very kind and understanding of my wife's allergies, kia in the arcade area was amazing with our nephew and helping him learn how to play certain games. The bar area also hosts free karoake on certain days of the week, which is awesome. This place is exactly what we needed to bond with our nephew before he moves away! Will definitely return!

The women that was working the arcade told my kids that the best deal was $40 for two hours of play. Never said that tickets were not part of deal so they left with no prizes. Very disappointed children and why would someone play no chance of prizes?
We hosted a birthday party here and the communication was terrible. They didn’t have their schedule for may out, on the first of may. I had to call multiple times and talk to multiple people. Eventually one person wrote down my information and the day and time I wanted to have the party. I asked her if it was confirmed enough that I could go ahead and send out my invitations and she said yeah of course and that someone would call me the following week to talk about food. No one called me but I called and left messages twice. A week before the party I went in there to make sure I was on the calendar because no one had called me regarding the food. A different lady looked up my party information and I was still on a sticky note and not in their reservation book. Fortunately she was able to confirm my party and actually write the reservation down however she told me that the start time I had chosen was not in the time slots they offer. No one mentioned this the multiple times I stopped in or called. She said the manager was easy going and that it was probably okay. She took my food order for the 12 kids and when I wanted it ready everything was set. On the day of the party they had misplaced the food order and nothing was ready. The game cards are timed and start when you first swipe them. I asked for the food to be ready at noon because I wanted the kids to be able to eat before they used their cards so the game time wasn’t being wasted. We had to wait over 30 minutes for all the food to be ready. This is important to note because you only get the party room for two hours and during my first phone call with them they said I could not rent the room for longer. Some of the personal pizzas were burnt and they did remake them. When I was given the game cards I told the woman that only 10 of the 12 kids showed up and asked if I could return the two that were never swiped. At the time she said yes and then at pay time she changed her mind and said no. Out of the 12 cards, two of them were not used and 9 of them worked. When I told the host lady that one wasn’t Working she took it to exchange and never came back with it. At pay time I asked about the birthday cookie we were supposed to get with the party package and the birthday kid goodie bag. She told me they need to change their sign because they don’t do that anymore and that she would take it off the bill. I’m not sure how much she valued the cookie and took off because it was still about $504 including their required gratuity. Which really sucks considering this is one of the few places to have a kids birthday party in the valley. Totally fine if you are last minute winging your party but if you’re a planner like me who wants everything in order before D day then I would avoid this place. Also the party room comes with a private bathroom, yay, it was out of order the first day I went in to see the room before I planned the party and still out of order two months later.
