Himalayan Kitchen is a surprising Nepalese restaurant with excellent, home-made curries like Tikka Masala and delicious lamb dishes. The curry is blended with actual spices, giving it a flavorful kick. The service is outstanding, despite needing more servers. The ambiance is a bit dark, but the food makes up for it. Sharing dishes is easy with their small bowls and big bowl of rice. Special mentions include the garlic pepper naan bread, vegetable samosas, veg pakoda, veg korma, and matar paneer, all consistently delicious with just the right amount of spice.
