I Got the Tantanman and my brothers got the spicy ramen we also had sesame balls, everything was amazing the ramen was creamy and amazing flavor with a great amount of spice. The service was also amazing very friendly and we got served promptly. We will be back ?.
Had Tonkotsu Shoyu: Ate at Great Falls Hokkaido and was good but her no. Broth on weak side and slice of pork no taste and dry and tough, egg good enough but really not that marinaded like a good ramen place such as Hokkaido Santouka in big city but don't expect that good, just saying know good. Can't eat out of take out container as not a bowl like most ramen places give. Ordered take out, got notice right away that will take 40 minutes. Never got notice and was ready when walked in and was sitting at front desk when walked in, so not sure how long was there. Wouldn't come back to this one but Great Falls one would.

Called in our order ahead of time and was told 20 minutes and we got there in 25 minutes we sat and waited for our food for an hour! No one was helpful the front lady was so rude and we paid $50! Absolutely crazy and won’t be going here again.

It was definitely a less than desirable experience, service too almost 20 minutes to get to us and our food was brought out before our drinks. I got the garlic tonkatsu ramen, it was mediocre and lacking in strong flavor with a singular cut of pork. Would've been able to overlook the mediocrity but I ended up with a string of plastic in my bowl.Definitely not work spending $15

We don't recommend coming before 1pm even tho they open at 11:30am. They were far less reliable compared to the other Hokkaido. We always come to this place for lunch whenever we visit Kalispell. We went there at noon which is lunch time, and we were told the Ramen was not prepared and needed to wait 20-30 mins.With the past experience, they never seem to have Mello Yellow as everytime we come, we were told they didnt have Mello Yellow but still keeping it on the menu for some reasons. We then ordered bubble tea, but was told tapioca was sold out. So basically I had bubble tea without tapioca. Even when they have tapioca for the other times we visited, we were told to wait 30 mins just so they can prepare tapioca, Again.... It was lunch time.They open 11:30am, but nothing seem to get prepared including Ramen while they calling themselves Ramen house. Food did came at the end but they used to taste way better, so not sure if we will go back again.Parking: There are lots of parking, small parking lot on the side of the building and additional parking right in front of the front door.

The one star is for the quality of the ramen. It’s pretty good, if you’re desperate.The sushi is NOT good.The service, except for the one female I’ve seen who is always amazing, is quite bad. Extremely slow. Always with an attitude. Can’t be bothered. I liked it enough to come back four times. But probably not after this. The first two times were great. The third time, they put gluten noodles in my dish (can’t eat gluten). The last time, I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and waited at the restaurant for 25 minutes.Saw other order outs wait for WAY too long. Little to zero acknowledgment of any of us waiting. It was very awkward. I was there before all of them and was the last to leave. Absolutely no point in ordering ahead. Might as well order when you get there. It will probably be faster!
They always have good sushi and ramens. The tantanmen is our absolute favorite ramen here. The jalapeño poppers are a must try too! Their server, Melissa is a very sweet woman who’s always happy and on the ball when we visit. She’s the main reason we enjoy coming in every time. Good work ethic is hard to come by these days. Hold onto her.

I have ate at this restaurant in Great Falls and the food and service was amazing, now they have opened another location in Kalispell and tonight we get a date night and drive 2 hours to eat here they are out of rice. So no sushi for us which really sucks especially when we see to go orders being prepared that have sushi being made. Needless to say I'm pissed and I will never return. We usually order more than we should and end up spending a couple hundred dollars. So if I could give this place a zero I would.

Great new place in town, great Raman and good sushi, priced very reasonably. Service is not great, I go out for the food anyways so I'm not too broken up about the mediocre service.
