Hu Hot is one our favourite places to eat in the past. It’s been a couple of years since we ate here and decided to stop yesterday to use up a gift card. Seems like the place has declined since our last visit. Cleanliness on the food dispensing area was sub par. Food on the floor and workers walked by multiple tea and didn’t sweep it up. Many of the items were deprecated and had to ask for refills. The sauce station needed attention as well as there were spills on the ledges and on the floor.
Overall o was disappointed and not sure if I will visit again.

I haven't been this full in so long. I skipped lunch the next day. LOL😆 Build your own stir fry. Pick your proteins, veggies and sauce then they cook it for you on their flat top. The down side though is they don't bring you steamed rice to your table anymore. Which means when they cook it on the flat top it gets crunchy and hard. If you like noodles I would go that way, cuz I thought I was gonna break a tooth.

This place went down hill. Came here and didn’t like it at all. I asked them twice to not over Cooke my noodles and they made my noodles very hard/overcooked burnt was chewing my food and something like a rock of some sort was in my food hurt my teeth. Was not pleased at all ( I was waiting for the waitress for approximately 15-25 minutes after I asked her for a drink.

Yet again terrible service. Our waiter did not greet us until halfway through our dining experience someone else had to get our drinks. Once the waiter finally checked on us he never asked how we were doing just how many people we had so he could make up the bill then walked off. Then proceeds to ask for the tip off the table instead of waiting for us to leave. Like hello!? Serving 101, asking for your tip is the rudest thing you could do. Food was also overcooked and noodles were very hard. For reference our waiter was a tall skinny guy with glasses and a dark beard. Wouldn't know his name since he never introduced himself🤷🏼‍♀️

Great experience. I was not expecting it to be how it was but turned out to be a great experience and excellent food and service. Highly recommend you try it out.

So I been coming in the last few days and now I woke up at 5am freezing under the thermometer all the way turned up, so sore, exporting pure water even still at 9am!! Threw up all my food I had earlier in the shower and man I feel awfully.... A young couple I visited with earlier yesterday just before we got food mentioned bad food poisoning.... You guys like why am I feeding you my business yet your customers are getting sick?! I spend average of $30 to $40 a day?! No more buissess from me anymore! Y'all are hurting customers so not happy! Be aware future customers!!!! One other thing I'm so sick in tired of being treated disrespectfully by some of the waiters they expect tips but if you aren't checking on me, refilling my water, having loud a$$ conversations while I'm trying to listen to a video while I enjoy my meal! No tip! Women need to start going to collage or doing something else if there company isn't paying them enough!! There's a lot of things I'd like to buy I'm not going to treat u like a$$ because I don't get what I want....women in America very sad entitled another reason I'm solo man tell I move to Japan!!!

Edit update: if you don't believe me look at the photos! All the rice black beans, tofu, crab because I was trying to get warm in the shower I started puking! Y'all are playing with lives! Sea food needs to be made sure it's fresh! Packed away!

BRING BACK the gong‼️My 3 grandchildren loved it. Each one would put $10 in the jar each time they hit it. Marketing or following other franchises is BS. Everyone knows a former employee has the gong. Quit being cheap and buy one off Amazon. I thought the former manager was bad this one is even worse. We've been known to tip over 100% of meals because of the exceptional service. The waiters knew exactly what we wanted as soon as we walked in. Me and my granddaughter ate there Friday at 430. Totally dead and slow. Yet there was no beef in the line and one noodle was totally empty the second was near empty. The cooks did a fantastic job as well as our waiter.
Bring back the gong. That's all your customers ask.

Found a dead bat just outside on the sidewalk, a little upset to see they weren't on the line. Food was good though. Update 2024, still no bats.

One of our favorite spots here in Kalispell. The servers were awesome. Just slightly disappointed with the food as eggs were no longer included and also the 100 mixing of drinks were no longer available. Overall, still a good experience.

This is the best operated hu hot I have ever been to. The vegetables are chopped perfectly, not too fine. The meat is frozen and not sitting out too long. Very clean and cooks really care about what they are doing. The wasabi as a condiment is a nice touch. Two thumbs up to management and employees
