Waited over an hour for our food. Waitress came out and said they didn’t even have our ticket. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes when the food finally got to us it was wrong and extremely small portions. Thanks for wasting my time
Kid-friendliness: Said we needed a Hi chair. Waitress proceeded to just walk away without giving us one at all, I had to get it myself.

Got a seat not bussed first then received water and never saw our server again. Waited 15 minutes and left. Don't waste your time with this place. So many no corporate places that care about customer service in the area.

I door dash, I understand waiting like 10 to 15 minutes for orders, but being told 30 to 45 minutes is absurd. I get being understaffed but based off of certain ex employees, this is not the place to support delivery. If y’all have one cook, shut down DoorDash. I get corporate is corporate but you aren’t making money by dealing 3 deliveries a day. Focus on your in store customers if you can’t handle delivery.

Placed an online pick up order and showed up and continued to wait for 1.5 hours without getting anything finally asked they said the order didn't get printed currently on hour 2.5 and still no food or updates totally unacceptable

Ordered 2 jr cupcake combo and I got two plain pancakes and 2-3 bites of scrambled eggs for my kids , paid 46 dollars , . I am one pissed of customer how disrespectfu, not to mention tried to call the store and can't get through to them.
Came here for lunch. Restaurant wasn't busy, but we were standing around waiting to be seated for a while. Four staff members made eye contact with us by nobody acknowledged us. The two girls looked like they were really enjoying their conversation though. We left and went somewhere else.
