We placed an online order, but due to my husband’s work schedule, he wasn’t able to pick it up until about an hour later. When we arrived, we asked the manager if the food could be remade since it had been sitting for so long. He agreed to remake everything except the bucket of chicken we got through the rewards program. He claimed he couldn’t remake it because it would come out of his paycheck—which doesn’t make sense to me. I’m the one who paid for the food, so I don’t understand how that would affect his pay. It honestly felt more like an excuse not to remake it. The chicken was cold and unappetizing after sitting for an hour, and the rest of the food wasn’t much better. Really disappointing experience. We won’t be back.

I went into this restaurant they were understaffed but not one person spoke to anyone standing in line for at least 15 minutes and when I said something the drive thru person said they’re busy very rudely so we left at very unprofessional to have 6 people standing in line and not say anything to any of us
