Can't stop saying how good it was... went for KOBE 14oz steak and couldn't eat it every day. Great service, great food and lots of fun with the magician chef... we'll be back here 100%

The server guy dumped the food like it was for a pig. I wish I had one in my household to give it to. Such a waste of money and food.

Didn’t expect to find Japanese food this good out in Montana. Try the Hamachi Kama, it’s pretty good. Service was great too. Although I wish they had my favorite, pork katsu curry 😅

Can’t leave a rating for food since we never got any. We got there at 6:15 on a Wednesday and told it would be about a 30 minute wait which was fine. When I put my name on the list it turned to a 45 minute wait. When we showed up 45 minutes later we were sat at an open table and immediately told by the server it would be about 10 minutes until we would get our orders placed because that table was actually not ready. 30 minutes later and the waiters sat and started serving another table. Nobody knew what was going on and is clearly a poorly run establishment that needs to be addressed. To make things worse we had a 1.5 year old that began to get fussy as we sat waiting believing the lies.

Most restaurants ask you where you want to sit, this restaurant does not. On our 30th anniversary we decided to go here, we were seated on the side of the grill when we really wanted to sit in front of the grill, ( as it was available), for we enjoy watching them cook, that’s the reason we go there. It’s supposed to be about making the customer happy, not make it easier for your selves, and whatever happened to first come first Serve. You’re supposed to go out of your way for the customer, that’s what makes a good business. That being said we can find just as good of food somewhere else for a lot less money and be asked where we would like to sit.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner while we are traveling to Glacier. I ordered the Volcano sushi roll and a spicy tuna, and my husband got the filet mignon. Unfortunately they brought my husband's food out 10 minutes before they brought mine out. There was no apology about the wait. The sushi was very beautiful and tasty, hence the 3 stars, but my husband's filet mignon was medium well/well done (unevenly cooked) when he asked for it medium. Overall, the service was very mediocre and the food was okay. Honestly wouldn't recommend it for the price.

Today started early in Spokane WA, I was tired and wanted a good meal as close to the hotel as possible.

I asked if it was ok to sit at the bar. I was given a menu and sat down. I decided on filet and lobster Teppen (hibachi) $45..But one can't order hibachi at the bar... but I can order it and door dash it.... Hostess didn't advise, No where is this stated on the menu, I wasn't given a bar menu, no one said anything until I went to order.... Seems like a nice place for fast food level service

Says you close at 9 host tonight turned us down at 845 and gave us terrible look. If you close at 845 put that.

We went again yo give Kobe another chance. $130 bill. Hibachi guy was great. Hes the only good thing this olace has going for them. These servers are terrible. Seriously terrible. Its like they dont even know what they are doing there. No silverware. No water. Ne water refills. Food not out at the same time. No courtesy. No nothing that a servers is supposed to do. I paid the $136 gave the hibachi guy $20 and promised myself and family we will never come back. Hokkaido is much better food, prices and service. Heck McDonald's is better. Sorry not sorry. Get it figured out.

This is not Kobe Japanese steak house that is in other parts of the country so don’t be fooled. No noodle option for hibachi? It comes with steamed rice and you have to pay extra for fried?? Lmfao what a joke. The experience was so bad I disocciated and had an out of body experience.

Had dinner there Friday night, service was great as usual but I dropped over $150 for some really disappointing sushi. It tasted like it had just been pulled from the freezer, wet, mushy and there were fish scales and a bone in my salmon sashimi. Very unappetizing.
