I unfortunately cannot remember the staff members name but we want to sincerely thank the employee who helped make our intimate and last minute gender reveal a success earlier this week! We were visiting the area from Indiana and wanted to find out in the mountains before we headed back home that day so she talked to our friend on the phone, got the right donuts for us, and made sure we didn’t see which donuts we were purchasing at the time of sale so everything was a surprise. Thank you so much for the wonderful service 😊 and it’s a GIRL!

Don't have Krispy Kreme back home so we wanted to stop, but I don't think I would ever come back. Donuts were very small for the price, and there was some confusion when ordering so we didn't get the flavors we asked for. Nice staff and very quick through the drive thru, but still just not worth it

I was in Kalispell for work last week and was super jacked to see they had a KK. Made it there every morning to go get donuts. I think the guy I spoke to every morning was the manager which I don't recall his name. Super friendly and always greeted us as soon as we came thru the door. I asked him the 2nd day we were there what to do for sight seeing and he gave us many good recommendations. My co worker didn't go inside the last morning we were in town and he sent a donut with me to give to him. He is a great dude and I wish more places had an employee like him. I'll be back the next time I'm in town. Thanks again for the awesome fritter out of the fryer and great donuts every morning!
Small dining space but amazing service and their doughnuts are delicious. Also had a latte which was decent. Very frothy which I like! They are also extremely busy most of the times I've been there, but they still manage to make it a good experience. We even had 10 crazy children bouncing around in their small dining room with 6 adults and other customers and it didn't bother anyone at all. Great people! And the drive thru is always super fast! Highly recommend this establishment!

Most of the donuts are great!!! Today I ordered the custard filled chocolate glazed donut. I ate half of the donut before there was even a little bloop of custard in the center and then after the center there was nothing so it's like they put a teaspoon of custard in the donut and called it filled. I thought when I lifted it up it was lightweight but definitely not what they used to put in it them. They should just call it a chocolate glazed donut....'cause it wasn't filled.

We use to love Krispy Kreme when it first opened. Now you go in the donuts are not fresh. You do not get warm original glazed and the store is so cold. The people are not friendly at all.
