Went to the drive-thru before heading to the airport Tuesday afternoon… paid over $12 for half a dozen and they gave me cold donuts? Not my first time going to KK & I’ve always received warm, fresh donuts. Disappointing experience at this location.

Have always had a good experience at this location but had an extra great experience today. Young guy working the window was so nice and accommodating! The donuts are consistently great here and we love coming here everytime we’re in town from Canada.

Just went to get donuts at 7pm on a Monday. No one on the front counter. No one in drive-thru. Next to no donuts what soever in the cases. Won't ever come here again. I won't wast my time, and don't waste your time.

I am disappointed with this location.
When going in, around 730am, they always seem to be out of donuts. I like to purchase the newest flavors for my coworkers, and almost ever single time I go to get a fun theme, like the tour of Italy, or Harry Potter, they inform me that they will not have any available until after 1130am.
I'm getting donuts for breakfast, who wants to wait until 1130 when I would have to take my lunch break to go get them!
It's not always the feature donuts they don't have. Lately they haven't had any of the cake donuts, including the pumpkin spice that just came out.
Normally, I would just let this go and move on but it's just soo disappointing that I wanted to write this review.

I unfortunately cannot remember the staff members name but we want to sincerely thank the employee who helped make our intimate and last minute gender reveal a success earlier this week! We were visiting the area from Indiana and wanted to find out in the mountains before we headed back home that day so she talked to our friend on the phone, got the right donuts for us, and made sure we didn’t see which donuts we were purchasing at the time of sale so everything was a surprise. Thank you so much for the wonderful service 😊 and it’s a GIRL!
