First time ever going to Krispy Kreme. Came here last summer and it was awesome for a first impression. A Krispy Kreme is finally coming to my home city, so I am very excited. Thank you for giving me my first taste of Krispy Kreme.

I love Krispy Kreme ever since I had them as a kid in New York. I frequently stop and get donuts for my class and family in Kalispell and have always had good donuts and so-so service. Good post Covid employees are hard to find and I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt as I don’t know they kind of day they have had… but the strawberry blonde girl who obviously thought I was out of line asking for napkins today might need to remember that without customers… she doesn’t have a job. And if she hates this job so much she should find something that makes her happy. Life is too short to be mad all the time.

The coffee that we had was not good. The cashier was great. Although we showed up during the hours of when donuts were to be hot and ready, they must have run out in the morning because none were available when we showed up. Cold donuts are hard to mess up, and what we got were good donuts.

The donuts are good. But the crew is disorganized.They didn't have my order ready when I'd scheduled it to be ready. The coffee hadn't even been brewed. They couldn't read the scribbled note my order was taken on.It had been paid for the day before but they claimed it hadn't and made me pay again, over $100. i didn't have time to argue with them because I was already going to be late because it wasn't ready when I got there.We eventually got that transaction voided later in the day but it was an awful way to start a very long day.
