I ordered dinner for my family online at 1pm. I set the order pickup for 5:45pm and when I arrived to pick up I still had to wait 20 more minutes before they finished my order. With almost 5 hours advance notice I expect that my order be donee when I arrive. I wasted so much time waiting when I could have gone somewhere else. 😡

The kids they have working here are a great bunch of people. They get the order's out and are very friendly.
Who do they hire here. . . . The manager seems to think he can open and close the store whenever he wants. Multiple people placing online orders and taking the money then when you go to pick it up that jackass has already closed the shop. Someone needs to be fired or their knee caps knocked in how annoying is that trailer trash people

The employee lied about there closing time and refused service an hour before closing on 06/25/2024 they claimed to be closed at 8pm there website and Google says 9pm and the little Caesars down the road said they shouldn’t be closed tell 9pm

The counter people are always nice and helpful. One of them pointed out a more cost effective way to order the food I ordered once. Ordering online was a smooth process and our last order was perfect, despite it being a fairly large one with several additional/special instructions. And the prices are great!
Stopped to grab a couple of pizzas well before dinner time. The store was not busy. No hot and ready pizzas ready- no big deal!Ordered a pretty simple order, 3 meat, classic pepperoni, classic cheese and an order of crazy bread. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Went out to wait in my vehicle. Came back inside 12 minutes later. They basically ignored me until I asked how much longer the wait would be. Counter guy said "just a few more minutes." Other customers came in placed their orders and got their pizzas and were out of there. Me... still waiting. Asked again how long it would be ( I had to meet someone at 4:30- pizzas were ordered at 3:44). Watched people come in off the streets order pizzas or get pizzas out of the hot and ready case. The kicker on the whole situation was the Einstein working the counter sold ALL the crazy bread out of the case and when my pizzas were FINELY ready I had to wait for crazy bread and when I asked to speak to the manager, I was completely blown off and the brainiack working the counter had the nerve to be rude as I was leaving! I realize the pizza is sub-par, but didn't realize the service would suck as well! To top it all off, the storefront was filthy! Spend the extra money and buy Pizza Hut or Papa John's!
