Little Caesars Pizza

Tried for over 30 minutes to call in the order no one would answer, online ordering was shut off, showed up 45 min before closing and they wouldn’t make any more crazy bread or bread sticks at all cause “the top half of the oven is already shut off” asked for plates of if i paid extra was told they can’t do that…. while sitting here waiting for the pizzas i ordered cause my kids really wanted them they continued to ignore the phone as it rang off the hook! clearly don’t care about customer service and i will make sure i do not give my money or service again, same for the rest of my family and friends… Crazy bread is your biggest asset so refusing to make it with over 40 min left till closing seems ridiculous to me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Placed on online order and pulled up to the drive up window and waited to be noticed after 10 minutes of not being seen I tried to call them to tell them I had been waiting at the window. I had to call 6x to get an answer just to be told they haven't even started on my order.... Not happy

Always a minimum of a 30 min wait. Whole place is dirty and gross. If you do get your pizza it will be cold

The curly haired girl with the nose ring was so beautiful. The pizza was pretty good. Tasted like a toasted cheeze it, which I enjoyed. The crazy bread had just the right amount of knobbiness for guided biting. I was gonna save my extra one, but you know what? Thinking about it, I think I need another one right now. Jood gob LC’s!

Walk through the door only to be left there for 10 minutes with nobody inside the store ?. Employee is outside just hanging out. Horrible service every time

This is been the 3rd time I came in here and order was not right and took over an 1 hour 1/2 to get my order. I will be going to Kalispell off Meridian from now on. Hey, owner get your store in order.

We drove all the way from Martin City to pick up a pizza order which we ordered in advance online and even received an email that it was ready, and they closed early without telling us our calling to let us know. Terrible customer service and a huge waste of gas and time considering there was still a person in the store working who could've definitely given us a courtesy call.

Great service from a employee with the name chase, he had a smile on his face the entire time & was respectful despite me being a Karen I had ordered a cheese pizza with a ten minute wait after a long day I was already irritated at the situation, I went inside & somebody had bought the last cheese pizza in a order of 25+ pizzas, despite me being very loud & upset he handled it very professionally & gave me a free side of crazy bread with a pepperoni pizza instead

Not impressed at ALL with our food from today. The pizza was rock hard and extremely hard to chew like it'd been sitting under the heater for hours even though I wasn't even 5 minutes past the pickup time I set online when ordering, one of my puffs wasn't even 1/3rd the size it should be, and they all seemed burnt.Every time I come to this store, I end up waiting at the pick up window for AT LEAST 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges I'm even there, even though every one of them will look over & make eye contact with me every minute or so.The other day I had waited 30 minutes for one thing of puffs, after being promised it'd only be 10-15 minutes. They weren't even that busy.This place is going downhill FAST. Probably not going to be in business much longer at all.

Worst customer service I've ever received. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying order, then when I arrive they refuse to help me unless it's a previously made pizza. The manager was absolutely rude. Do not go here
