Little Caesars Pizza

Would give less stars if possible! They screw up the order EVERY time and are extremely rude, would definitely avoid this location if possible. (I understand they are probably busy but reading isn’t hard and being nice is just as easy, I’ve worked a busier pizza place I understand). Would drive across town rather go to this one anymore.

Just picked up my online order of a detroit deepdish, 2 orders of bread sticks and crazy puffs. Both of my orders of crazy bread had mold in them. super disappointed and pretty grossed out. I worked in a pizza place for over a year and a half i dont know how you miss mold. especially on dough hope no one else gets sick

I usually use this store I have gotten pretzel crust pizza b4 and it's fantastic. Today they screwed up and are trying to tell me they use the same dough for every pizza and that they just put butter and salt on it. I know that's not true I eat that pizza all the time and this is the first time I've ever had it done so poorly. I could understand if they were out of the crust but they said this is how they have always done it. I won't be going back to this one.

Why is it that Little Caesars advertises Hot N Ready and its NEVER ready?? Doesn't matter where you go. Every single one never has anything hot and ready. So I asked can I have my crazy bread while we wait 10 minutes for our pizza. No my manager doesn't like us to do that. Seriously!!!!

Don't come here unless you plan on ordering food and walking out to your car to wait 20-30 minutes. Otherwise you just get a warmed over cheese slab from an hour ago that feels like you paid too much for it.

Called and got put on hold for 20 minutes (by the MANAGER)until i decided to drive down there. While i was on hold he continued to help other customers and than there would be a long break all the time i am HEARING THIS AS I AM WAITIING FOR HIM TO PICK UP THE PHONE 20 MINUTES LATER I drove down there and all he could say was I'm sorry, it happens and evidently A LOT BY WHAT OTHER REVIEWS HAVE SAID. HE APPEARED TO ME TO BE STONED or HIGH on FENTANYL cuz he was talking and moving very slow the WHOLE time he was talking to me.. Now I'm waiting for a call from the owner.

Tried for over 30 minutes to call in the order no one would answer, online ordering was shut off, showed up 45 min before closing and they wouldn’t make any more crazy bread or bread sticks at all cause “the top half of the oven is already shut off” asked for plates of if i paid extra was told they can’t do that…. while sitting here waiting for the pizzas i ordered cause my kids really wanted them they continued to ignore the phone as it rang off the hook! clearly don’t care about customer service and i will make sure i do not give my money or service again, same for the rest of my family and friends… Crazy bread is your biggest asset so refusing to make it with over 40 min left till closing seems ridiculous to me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Placed on online order and pulled up to the drive up window and waited to be noticed after 10 minutes of not being seen I tried to call them to tell them I had been waiting at the window. I had to call 6x to get an answer just to be told they haven't even started on my order.... Not happy
