Great service from a employee with the name chase, he had a smile on his face the entire time & was respectful despite me being a Karen I had ordered a cheese pizza with a ten minute wait after a long day I was already irritated at the situation, I went inside & somebody had bought the last cheese pizza in a order of 25+ pizzas, despite me being very loud & upset he handled it very professionally & gave me a free side of crazy bread with a pepperoni pizza instead

Not impressed at ALL with our food from today. The pizza was rock hard and extremely hard to chew like it'd been sitting under the heater for hours even though I wasn't even 5 minutes past the pickup time I set online when ordering, one of my puffs wasn't even 1/3rd the size it should be, and they all seemed burnt.Every time I come to this store, I end up waiting at the pick up window for AT LEAST 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges I'm even there, even though every one of them will look over & make eye contact with me every minute or so.The other day I had waited 30 minutes for one thing of puffs, after being promised it'd only be 10-15 minutes. They weren't even that busy.This place is going downhill FAST. Probably not going to be in business much longer at all.

Worst customer service I've ever received. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying order, then when I arrive they refuse to help me unless it's a previously made pizza. The manager was absolutely rude. Do not go here

This store is staffed by the worst group of kids I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Not only are they rude, condescending and constantly blasting music, but they also can't be bothered to help customers.If you ask a question or request something like an addition to your pizza, they'll lie to your face to get you out of the store quicker. They also like to disconnect their phones or shut off orders early.Thank you for ruining my kid's night by not providing adequate service. I hope you're proud of making some children cry.These people can't be bothered to serve the people who frequent their business. The owner should be embarrassed by how lackluster this crew is. This store is in desperate need of change.Wouldn't be surprised if they went out of business in the near future.

Really disappointed in how the staff here handles orders. I’m autistic and I have meltdowns that stop my whole day in the tracks when the unexpected happens and this store always triggers an episode with how inconsistent their prices are. They charge for krazy sauce but then refuse to put any on or forget or tell me to call ahead to get extra sauce I already paid for on the pizza.

Little Caesars in Evergreen can't even cut a pizza right let a lone make it right, called for a half and half pizza and it literally looks like it's thrown together. The other pizza we got wasn't even cut close to half way thru.
The staff is friendly and helpful but the blaring music, unprofessional dress and unsanitary appearance overall makes the level of food safety questionable.
