Been there 4 times 3 out of the 4 if the order wasnt wrong they forgot to put it in tonight was one of the times ! I wont be back!
Orders are never ready in the time frame they are supposed to be kids working there don’t seem to give a crap worst customer service I have ever seen
Come on! I NEVER complain, especially at a restaurant, especially when it is busy but tonight was BAD! We are in town for our anniversary and trying to find a place in Kalispellthat is open and doesn’t have a line out the door was impossible. So we decided to go to McKenzie River. They tell us it will be a 35 minute wait, no problem! They call us and take us to our seats, we order get our drinks, all good.
