I eat at this location lots and it is usually a satisfactory experience. However yesterday I ordered take out for the first time and, while the food was good, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Walked up to the pickup window and waited 10 minutes while people walked by and intentionally avoided eye contact let alone conversation. My food was sitting there ready the entire time and all someone had to do was hand it to me. It was paid for and tipped on. Born and raised here I understand the staffing difficulties the service industry is facing locally but I will think twice before I spend 70 dollars to get guilt tripped. That being said the food was still good
WORST customer service at the pick up counter!!! Employee after employee passes with ZERO acknowledgement that a customer is standing there. Had I not prepaid I would be 100% removing my tip! I'm a pretty easy person to please and deal with. Takes A LOT to upset me.

The food was good. But whoever was cutting pizza that night needs a lesson or two. 1 huge piece 2 tiny pieces then another huge piece?They were not busy at all and our waitress only came back to table 1 time to see if we needed anything!!@

Keep your reciepts!!! Picked up pizza didn’t leave a tip hostess was rude upfront had me standing not understanding what the deal was. Anyway life goes on and I get a notification from the credit card company saying we left 20$ tip hmmm suspicious.

Poor!I ordered 2 small pizzas to go. I was told to pick them up in 45 minutes. When I arrived my pizzas were not even started. I was told it was because they were busy and short staffed, and told to wait another 30 minutes. I can understand their dilemma, but that is no excuse for giving me a totally bogus time expectation.I won’t be visiting McKenzie River South anytime soon.

Unimpressed with the food.. we ordered the artichoke dip as an appetizer and it came out over cooked and bland.. as for the pizza: my wife ordered thin crust and I ordered "original" but both came out the same thickness. I asked our waitress about it and she insisted that the "bubbles" are what make the thin crust a thin crust whereas the lack of bubbles are what makes the "original" crust different from a thin crust..

I ordered a salad to go a Caesar salad. And I got home and the lettuce was brown. It was disgusting! I’m embarrassed that they even chose to send this out the door with a customer who is paying for it. And the worst thing is I was going home and had other things to do so I didn’t have time to run back to the restaurant. And it’s such an inconvenience to want some thing and then realize you just paid for garbage. And this isn’t the first time I got a solid there and let us was gross. Usually I get the house salad and I thought I would switch it up and get the Cesar hoping that the lettuce would be better but it was not.

Our experience tonight was absolutely horrible. We ordered online. When we got home we found that our orders were inconsistent. We ordered 3 Tuscan penne pastas. Two of them were missing the basil, we got 2 out of 3 of our breadsticks and the salad we ordered came with a quarter full 2 ounce portion cup of nasty ranch when we asked for blue cheese. I will not be going back any time soon and I will not suggest this place to anyone looking for a good meal. I am utterly disappointed.

Lodge polls were yummy!Ordered nachos with hamburger, only like maybe 20 pieces of beef, hardly any cheese ?Kid got pizza, looked and tasted like frozen pizzaOther kid got a "panini" tasted good but was definitely not a panini.

Every time we place an order something is either missed or wrong.This time around I placed an online order all you had to do was follow the list!get back to my work location to serve and found a missing item.It’s not that hard people.She was looking at the receipt as she was opening boxes to “check them”Lastly a hot time was served cold.

We ate dinner here while traveling to Glacier NP. We were seated right away and our server was great - friendly and efficient. We had the Lodgepoles for an appetizer and the fish tacos and sliders for our meal. The food was hot and tasty.
