I actually ordered through door dash I received my food fairly quick and the food was good... It was the drinks that were the issue. I ordered a coffee and got a coke instead. When I called in a so called manager answered and said there was nothing that she could do so I asked to talk to her supervisor or a different manager to resolve this matter. It took me asking three times to be transferred to someone else. The second lady was understanding and apologetic. She resolved the issue quickly. Not just anyone could or should be in a manager position. McDonald's please choose better managers than the first young lady who didn't know what she was talking about.

Every time I come here I have a pleasant experience. The crew works really hard and orders fly out the door and window. The manager is usually doing 30 things at once but still takes time to stop and tackle each issue as it arises, I see the store is clean and the play place is too. My kids always have a good time.

Waited 20 minutes for a kids meal, a chicken sandwich and medium fry. Watched as two cars came and went through the drive thru. When we asked the manager she mentioned how they had two people in the back and two in the front while she released a group of workers to go on break. Very unprofessional and will never go back to this location again. The manager had no sympathy for her customers as her group of employees needed it more. Hire a better manger who can prioritize their employees breaks better.

A simple cheeseburger and a coke. With a creme pie and it’s taken 25+ minutes. I didn’t even know a mcdonald’s could take so long. Never again. Even ordered ahead. NEVER. again. I’d encourage you to buy chicken suggest else where. Chick-fil-a if it’s not a Sunday. They’re more pricey but at least they’re kind and efficient.

Fries was too salty, gave fries without sauce , bad service.
Don’t get me wrong; I understand the idiotic minimum wage increase was going to hold negatively on the fast food world, but this is the worst I’ve ever seen, and even though they have a play center for the grandchild, I don’t think it is worth our time or money. Employees have been replaced with Kiosks, which aren’t the most user friendly, and the Customer Service has disappeared. The 6 people in back were more focused on drive thru customers than dining in (which I get), but to get zero customer service is too far. There was ketchup all over the soda grate, and even after 3 employees walked by, it received zero attention as well. To pay extra to have to perform all the duties besides actually cooking it is not worth it. This Manager needs to step up his game.

Ppl are kinda shady after 3 pm here. Witnessed two employees went in n vaped in the female bathroom i went in and could smell the smoke! Yuck! Two other employees were cussing in the grill alot during the thirty minutes i was here. When i placed my order i heard an employee say seriously! Guess he didnt want to cook a quarter / make one. He just wanted to stand around.

Been going to this McDonald's lately for breakfast as it's close by. Unfortunately the standards in food quality have been thrown out the window. Over the course of 3 weeks I've ordered the Bagel sandwiches Steak or Sausage, with substitutes and add ons and every single time I'm met with a old stale bagel, eggs that look like they've gone bad and the taste kind of comes across like stale styrofoam drenched in butter and breakfast sauce. The people are great and friendly but the food is god awful and for the price we are paying you think fresh food would be a given but not at this store. If i could I would give this 0/5, the only thing they got going for them is the service, Evergreen McDonald's could learn something about that.
