Friend asked for a water cup. And one of the workers has the audacity to come over and tell him for a $1 for getting soda when the soda machine isn't even behind the counter. So obviously a teenager is going to get soda with a water cup. Maybe do better next time with giving people water cups, and she also says, "his friends paying because he's broke." Bad customer service

Employees are always pleasant and so far no mistakes with our orders.
They didn’t want to do their job sitting there in curbside pick up spot one for 20 minutes. I walk in. It’s sitting on their back counter that I can visibly see from the front counter and talk to me for just a split second before a lady behind her asked if this is curbside and it is curbside cause it’s mine, and she handed it to me and all our stuff is cold. I’ll drive across town before I go to this one again

I usually get the same sandwich Everytime, and 3 times already in the space of 3 months I've found a hair in my sandwich. I also ordered a drink and I often get the wrong drink, today, I got a diet Coke instead of regular coke, I tasted it and told the lady at the window it wasn't my drink, she replaced it and end up giving the same wrong drink.
