Me and my families visit to McDonald's was extremely bad! We came 10 minutes before close had an online order and a second order in person the staff that helped us was disrespectful and grumpy, they wouldn't give us our online order because they said they closed even though the orders were already payed for and processed through the app. They also did not offer a refund for the order online that they did not complete. After denying our request for ranch we settled for hit honey. We got our bag of food and there were no sauces at all. It was a disappointing experience and we will not be back to this location. We have also tried to come and eat inside with our family and they continually close at least 2 hours early. Do not recommend!

Our food was terrible. The hamburger patties were floppy and the sandwich slid all apart. The fries were limp and cold. I wanted to try the adult happy meal, otherwise we never eat fast food. I was so disappointed. Then I got iced tea and it was horrible as well. I threw it all away. Also, it was very slow.

Food was good, normal McDonalds quality. Extremely low level grumpy staff, they lock there door every night 2 hours before close (although the sign says 11, they close the dining room at 9). When asked why they responded rudely. Not a fan of this place. Go to the other McDonald’s in kalispell if you want some decent service.

McDonald's new business model of replacing humans with the phone app is terrible. Phone apps can't make food. It took 45 mins for a 10 piece McNugget. McDonald's hire humans please.

It's never worth going inside. The tables are never cleaned and the time it takes to get your food it would be quicker to go through the drive through then come inside and sit down.

I ordered a single burger, 4 piece nugget, and small fry. It took 27 minutes to get my food. The employee at the front counter stopped mid order to take a drive through order and the manager was in the lobby talking to people. Absolute joke and I will not be going back to this location. There was nothing fast about this place and absolutely no customer satisfaction.
