Friendly staff, but I am a bit disappointed with how lacking the “unlimited toppings” were. I asked for extra cheese and I barely got any, the red onions were mushy, and I do not like bleu cheese, yet my salad had the aftertaste as if everything had been touched with it. I really loved this place especially when I worked here from 2019 till 2021. Wish you guys would bring the old MOD back, it isn’t the same, it seems like the staff doesn’t care anymore.

Really a review of the app- its trash, every time i use the app”side cup” option for finishing sauces, say like srirancha, my entire pizza gets drenched in it. Basically unedible. Im not sure whats happening in the app but it tells them to put it on top even when ive clicked a side cup. I mention in the “additional notes” to put finishing sauces in side cups, yet it still ends up on pizza. Idk, this location seems hit n miss.
Workers are nice and they fix the issue but still... Usually dead empty..

Was so excited to try this pizza. They gave almost nothing for toppings and the guy working the register tried to do a sprinle the cheese on your food truck over his shoulder, cheese rolled down his uniform onto the counter where he then picked it up and put it on my pizza so 🤢

First off the current general manager of kalispell north is a super kind and nice man that always makes you feel welcome , always. I can't go on enough about him individually but there is a plot twist in his chain of command.
Specifically 3 leadership staffers of his MOD / CaptainTeam .
I have ordered custom pizzas at this location from the moment they opened. I am known for the many toppings I choose and liked the healthiness of the ingredients.... chicken breast included.
however the vibe changed when they hired second chance Felons from post jail in various stages of drug and alcohol recovery and believe that by July or August of 2025 this Kalispell North Location will be shut down like Missoula was.
I believe they have created such inconsistency and had a recent bad string of cigarette chain smoken , non friendly staff hires with aggressive and disrespectful energy, I will not go back into store. I don't like my peace being taken from me.
I am not judgey and believe in second chances for the working community. I understand this is a public review.
There is an explosive uptic in growth and population here in the flathead valley ... and eating out is an experience and worth the money...it's when the experience is taken from you it's no longer worth it...
The decline of this store is a sinking ship and undeniable. I would love to be proven wrong....
My words here perhaps are harsh but a couple recent experiences lead me to this 1st time only negative review.
Super great full for the 100s yes 100s of positive dining experiences, until a new and recent hiring to destroy the experiences and will be the demise of the stores continuation in the Valley.

Sadly our pizzas were way overcooked (3), therefore not the best experience, especially for my brother who was visiting from New Zealand and not at all impressed 😏 It has kinda put me off choosing MOD in future, certainly in visiting this location.
Dietary restrictions: 2 GF crust options are available, as well as the choice of non dairy cheese, which is great! It might be worth reminding the baker to not over do, as the edges tend to burn.
Parking: I do appreciate the many options available, especially GF, non dairy and vegetarian.

I placed a mobile order at 830 PM. My first dasher canceled because the staff would not acknowledge them. The second dasher arrived to locked doors. The store closes at 10pm. Thanks so much for ruining my dinner plans!
Update: A few weeks later and still no refund. I called the store to confirm service times in order to make another attempt to place an order, and an unnecessarily rude employee answered and said they close at 5pm. This is why I confirmed, since the closing time is not reflected properly online. Many of my friends and co workers have also commented about the issues mod is facing in Kalispell. 1. They need new leadership, or at least a culture shift. 2. They need to raise the pay to at least $20/hr to be competitive.
If they don’t do these two things, they will most likely be forced to shut down locally working 6.5 - 8 months.
Each MOD is designed just a little differently. And this one is cool. The service was really honest, and transparent. And I loved my 5” Caspian Pizza. Mmm.

Wanted to take the family to MOD Pizza-thought they'd enjoy the idea of getting personal custom pizzas. Looked them up on Sunday but closed-no big deal. They were "open" the rest of the week. Looked them up on Thursday - they were open until 10:00 pm, so drove there. Arrived at 9:20 pm to find their doors locked and crew cleaning up. Yes, they saw and ignored us. Comment to the ownership who gave us a code for a complimentary pizza. I told them we'd go back Friday, but earlier in the day. We went at about 5:30 pm to again find them closed. 3 strikes.......
