Absolutely horrible experience today. I guess there were problems with the ice machine today which resulted in no ice for the entire restaurant. Something you think the cashier would mention when selling fountain soft drinks. The cashier then refused to refund the soda that they didn't have any ice for. And on top of that, they forgot my damned utensils, making it near impossible to eat before my movie. Enjoy my $14 Panda, as you will never see another cent from me!!

I do miss employee jazmyn s she's a super sweet lady and there's 2 others last night a bigger guy who has kids who's sweet and checks on me bc I'm pregnant and he's just nice and the other gal just recently added blue to her hair sweet as well awhile ago this yr paid for my meal they are amazing there

I haven't been to Panda in a few years. I was in the area and wanted to try something different. Since I haven't been here in a while. I gave it a shot. The place was quick, staff extra efficient... even rushed a bit a long. But I prefer that then the random delays. The food was just what I needed. I ordered a kids' meal. With noodles and mandarin orange. Egg rolls. Teriyaki chicken and veggie. Shrimp with fried rice. All was just perfect.

Downhill
This place has totally gone downhill. It was freezing cold in the restaurant. The darker skinned lady was extremely rude. Portions are smaller, no more samples, ice was out, place was a disaster. We will never return.
This food is so delicious that it made my dad swear. And the workers are conniving . 5 stars for sure.
