Stopped in for lunch, and my wife ordered two half sandwiches with soup, two lattes, for us, and a macaroni and orange juice for the kid. After bringing out our food, the employee informed us that the other halves of our sandwiches would be coming out shortly. My wife informed them that she'd only ordered half sandwiches, but when she looked at the receipt, they had charged her for full sandwiches. The employee was unwilling to keep the other halves of the sandwiches and refund us for the amount they had overcharged us. The best she said she could do was give us pastries instead.

Ordered French dip for dinner on Thursday and it was terrible the meat did not look good at all and the dip was terrible I woke up at 2 in the morning shaking really bad and puked my guts up went back to bed but took forever to fall asleep felt a little better in the morning got in the shower and could not stop throwing up I felt terrible my boyfriend had a couple bites too and he had a stomach ache will not be eating here again

The drive thru is so slow! Been this way for months and I keep having hope that it will change but something needs to be done about the ticket times. Every time we get to the window the employees are just standing around chatting and not doing tasks that pertain to the job.

If you want Panera, go through the drive thru or do an online order. The drive thru staff has always been incredible, the staff when you go in store are incredibly rude and often not very fun to interact with.

I don’t know what happened but the baguette crust is horrible the last few months. It used to be dark brown and crispy and now it’s pale and there’s no contrast between the soft inner and crispy crust. It’s just too doughy now.

Did takeaway twice back to hotel nearby. Great healthy selection considering all the fast food options. Can’t complain about the price to feed a family of five. Good job providing utensils and napkins for our orders. Good size portions.
