Just came through drive thru and tried to use my BOGO5 reward the lady told me I can only use it if I get a whole sandwich and then get the same exact one for $5. I told her this is incorrect and tried to show her the coupon and she denied to even look and told me I was wrong. Terrible customer service.

The avocado slices on my egg and avocado sandwich were brown and slimy. Otherwise the sandwich was pretty good. Great service. I was surprised that a regular size fountain drink cost over $3.25.

When you order take out they allow anyone to grab your order. When you show up to get your order and it’s already been taken they just tell you “It’s not their problem” and do not make it right and expect you to just leave. I will never spend my money here again!

Ordered a french dip . Pure crap ! Whole sandwich hand 2 table spoons of meat didnt even cover half the sandwich. Not to mention they refuse to give us double dip. Happy to pay for the dip. Sad excuse

This was a one-time visit for me. The service was initially friendly when taking our order, but the prices were extremely high for the small portions we received. We ordered takeout, and while I got my to-go cup after reminding the staff, I realized on the way home that they had forgotten to include the cookie I paid for.
I drove back to get it, and when I mentioned it to an employee, she immediately retrieved the cookie from behind the counter. My receipt clearly states, ‘Your order should be correct every time. If not, we’ll fix it and offer a free treat.’ When I pointed this out, she responded with attitude, asking, ‘Well, did you forget the cookie or did we?’
I explained that a server handed me my to-go bag, and with all the cookies behind the counter, how could it be my fault? I was not happy with the attitude or the overpriced, small portions. I won’t be returning.

What you see is not always what you get….. We were traveling through Kalispell and decided to use Uber Eats to deliver food from this Panera to our hotel. My boyfriend ordered the chicken bacon sandwich based on the description and the picture. He is not a fussy eater, but he would NOT eat this food. There were a fraction of the ingredients pictured/described. We really couldn’t tell what was what, but again it was not as depicted. My salad was just ok, but edible. Very disappointing to say the least and expensive after paying the Uber expense and tip. The first picture is from the Panera menu and the second and third ones are what was received.
What a wonderful restaurant exceptional food quality with amazing staff; staff was polite and welcoming, quite prompt with orders and delivered food right onto our table. service was great and the ambience is also vibrant. Kids had a lot of fun great meal options and amazing quality kids mc&cheese with grilled cheese sandwitch. Medetarian salad, sandwich, creamy tomato shift & macroons in dessert was just amazing. I was sick and forgot my purse when I left. The next morning I realized I had forgotten it and called them. They had secured my purse with my vacation money, credit cards and train tickets. I am very thankful for their honesty.
