Pizza tracker says driver is on the way for the last 20 mins call them an hour and twenty mins after I order and they inform me my pizza is just coming out of the oven when I ordered the said aprox 40 mins hour and a half later still waiting for my pizza

Looks me up and down, Like I owe a tip even though I already tipped on the app. Then I get my pizza and it’s smooshed. I call the store and they rude. Worse papa John’s. I see why it’s rated so low.

Terrible service. If an order is going to take 2 hours maybe have your website say that. Instead of saying order will be ready in an estimated 12 mins, then when I give an extra half hour already and get there and they say my pizza isn’t even going to be made for another hour. No option to cancel online. Tried calling to cancel but the lady just picks up then phone “I will be with you in one minute” then never comes back on. So I don’t get my pizza and have to pay for it. So junky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They take forever if you order here and want by dinner order at 3:00 you may get.
Every time I go here, personal order or for doordash, the staff is always kind and friendly. I do my best to make sure when I doordash food from here, I take good care of the food, and I Reccomend eating here. The food is always satisfying and delicious! Thank you to the workers for working so hard to feed the people in this valley.

Here I am 2 hours after ETA for delivery ordered about about 10pm and now it's 12:30 and I'm hungry..... Tried calling the store and to no avail no response just put on hold for 15 minutes. I give up.

DO NOT ORDER WINGS! I ordered a pizza and some wings. The wings were $12. I got six pieces of tiny wings. No drums. An absolute rip off. In addition, it took about 45 minutes of the estimated 20 to 30 minutes to make my order (I picked it up). I am completely disappointed in this location.
