Order from doordash instead of directly with pizza hut. If they make your food wrong with door dash, at least you'll get your money back. This place is full of incompetence.

Said it closed at 10pm we got there at 7pm had driven 3 hrs to go there . Not impressed. Other people who ordered take out arrived and were unable get their pizzas. Ridiculous

I ordered 35 pizzas to feed 65 hungry teenage football players. I called the week prior and spoke to the manager who helped me get the best price on pizzas. They were all hot and ready exactly on time. All the staff was great- couldn’t be happier on the whole experience! Thanks to the Pizza Hut team for taking care of our football team!

Our pizza arrived on time but it was a door dasher and the wrong soda was sent with him. When I told him I wanted the one I ordered he told me I had to call pizza hut and told me I owed him the money. That he can't go back cause it puts him behind. I tried calling pizza hut 4 times and it went to voicemail which is not set up. If you're having dashes deliver and mix ups are happening someone needs to answer the phone. So now I paid for a diet soda which no one in my house drinks and it will go in thegarbage. I'll be headed to a other pizza place because unfortunately this isnt the first time.

The Kalispell MT pizza Hut. My husband and myself stopped for the salad and pizza bar. When we entered I asked for the music to be turned down. I was ignored. It was so loud it hurt my ears. We left and will not return.

They delivered the wrong order, I ordered thin pizza and mild wings, items that as a thyroid cancer survivor I can actually eat. Delivery driver gave us 2 hand tossed pizzas and bread sticks. Oh and ranch for the missing wings. I tried 3 times to call the store, the call went to a voice mail box that had not been set up. At this point, Pizza Hut is permanently on our NO list.

We ordered pizza for 20 kids during our parents night out. Ordering on line and scheduling a time for delivery was very user friendly. Delivery was on time and friendly. Made for a great dinner for our students. Highly recommend from Kalispell ATA Martial Arts
Waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to help us. Crew was busy talking in the back. Ended up leaving to get food somewhere else

I am a regular customer and I was so offended by the drive thru service window tonight i am used to friendly and respectful service but when I pulled up I was treated like an issue and asked not to park the way I did? I then to top off the whole occasion I had to fight for my refund would not recommend only for the one employees service
