I went in for dinner the other night, I was excited that they finally were offering the salad bar, upon looking at the salad bar, It was pretty pathetic, the lettuce was all brown and wilted, the mushrooms were slimy, the cottage cheese was frozen, I chose not to get the salad. I complimented the server whose name was Clay for giving the excellent service considering I had to wait forever for my pizza to arrive at my table, and I was the only one there. Meantime, all I heard was yelling, laughing, and obviously goofing off in the back kitchen, my server kept going back, asking what the holdup was and they told him get in the front where you belong! He was very apologetic, I feel the behavior was very unprofessional and my experience at the Pizza Hut in Kalispell, Montana was not a pleasant one, and I will not be back nor would I recommend it

The pizza we received was horrible. Every ingredient they put on was sparse to say the least. Hardly any discernable cheese to speak of and what is pizza about but cheese! I ordered "tavern style" and they delivered what tasted and looked like a cracker sparsely sprinkled with past-prime vegetables. Never again. $30+ for a medium sized pretend pizza

Placed an order on the app and it was delivered in half the time it said. Food was good. I was going to post a bad review, because I paid twice for my order. However, after I called, they fixed it right away. I appreciate the service (once I finally got through to the store phone prompts..) This was the best experience I have ever had with something like this. Thank you for fixing this.

My pizza and breadsticks were so hot that I couldn't even grab them to eat. As in, I LOVED that. Keep that up, please. So fresh! Also, whoever made my bread sticks made it look like the breadsticks were possessed, and they exercised the demon with holy butter. It must have been some battle in there. But i got demon free, butter drenched breadsticks. Can...can I hug you? Whoever made those breadsticks. I think I might love you. I got teary-eyed as I ate. I'll bring you flowers if you want? Lol.
I got extra cheese, pepperoni, and bacon on pan crust. When I said "extra" they listened. The pizza was also so hot I couldn't pick it up at first. Did I say, couldn't? I meant shouldn't. I could not wait for the gooey cheesiness, with the crisp and cupped pepperoni edges and bacon goodness.
Honestly, Pizza Hut, it's been awhile since I've been by. And that was superb! All of it. Thank you for the fabulous dinner. And seriously... please give my personal thanks to the crew of this location.

I hate to leave a negative review, but I felt like this experience was definitely worth sharing. We arrived at the drive up carry out window and waited for several minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We saw several people walk by the window and walk away, but nobody came and talked to us. Thinking I ordered incorrectly and needed to go inside we drove to the front and came in to pick it up. At the front station we were asked about our order by a woman whose name badge read “Aunt TT”. She asked us to go to the carry out window and I responded “Oh okay, we sat there for a while and waited” she responded very rudely “yeah and I was just walking up to you when you drove away”. We sat at the indoor carry out window while a lovely woman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) helped us and said that they lost our order and they needed to remake it. No problem, we were in no hurry. Just thrown off by Tony’s attitude. (The name kitchen staff called Aunt TT) we patiently waited while they remade it. While standing at the window Tony slammed sauce cups and sodas on the counter next to my face and was extremely unprofessional in her attitude about us saying “why are THEY still sitting in the lobby?”. I understand they were probably busy with online order, but Aunt TT was very dramatic. They only had two tables filled in the restaurant and she was going on about the “four tables she needed to think about” in front of us. The rest of the staff were awesome, hopefully Tony was just having a bad day and treats her costumers nicer in the future.

ordered delivery and part of my order was missing. tried calling to see if they could help but says their mailbox hasn't been set up. called back and tried to go through place an order option they asked me what I would like to order and I told them I had already ordered and was missing items. the guy told me they were closed and to call back the next day. called next day and it doesn't even call the store here. they transfered me to the local store and the phone doesn't work.

We ordered delivery on the 7th of July 2024. When our food got there two out of the three pizzas had little to no sauce on them and the ingredients looked so sparse. I called the restaurant and basically got bullied by the young man on the phone who was relaying what the manager was saying to me. He proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t resend the delivery properly made because they were really busy, I asked when a better time to call back would be about three times and he just repeatedly talked over me wasting more of his precious time. He asked me twice if I was going to yell at him. What’s wrong with this boy? If I was yelling , he would know it. He proceeded to tell me it was Fourth of July weekend and all of the other reasons that I was not going to get my order redelivered. He was very sarcastic and it was hard to keep my composure while talking to someone so disrespectful. To clarify also both pizzas were very thin, this was out of the norm and we have ordered many times from this Pizza Hut and not had an issue other than one time when our order didn’t get delivered at all. Not like I go and call every time I order either. I was really disappointed by this whole interaction and will not be ordering from them again.
