Huckleberry finished brisket sandwich was so good. The brisket was tender and juicy, with a sauce that didn’t overpower it but still added extra brightness. So good.

Back ribs were incredibly juicy with a great bite, good pull and a (mostly) clean bone. Again great sauce.
