They also checked in with us before they left for the evening to be sure everything was okay. The brisket was absolutely amazing! We heard many compliments through the night and the next day.

Sherry and the Porteus crew are wonderful!! We hired them to cater the welcome party for our wedding, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park–the food was FANTASTIC, and Sherry was communicative, friendly, professional, so flexible and easy to work with, and knew exactly what we needed to satisfy a group of 110. All the stars–hire Sherry and crew for your wedding! Do it! DO IT!
