QDOBA Mexican Eats

1/3/25 - we have been loyal to this Qdoba location through the good times and the bad. Today wasn't just good, it was great. From the guac to the burrito to the brownie the only thing better than this batch of food was the exceptional customer service. Teamwork, amazing communication, thoughtful staff...new management is killing it. Job well done team. Please keep it up!

I love Qdoba, Almost everything I have ordered has been great. The only issue I have experienced is chips that were stale for their nachos,and inconsistent portion sizes. Other then those small inconveniences, they've been a great place to eat. Friendly staff, and fast service.

Went in today for lunch and I have noticed a huge change in the atmosphere, customer service and food quality. I asked one of the ladies about it and she said they have a new general manager which was very much needed I used to eat here all the time but stopped because of the quality. Now I’ll be back for my favorite burrito bowl!

Pulled up at 10:45 and they were closed still (they are supposed to open at 10:30). Called and asked when they opened, and they said they had a huge catering order and they would open at 11:30. So I sat in the parking lot. at 11:30 another guy tried going in and they turned him away, so I just left.

Most creepy Qdoba experience I have ever had. First, the front door was locked even though the open sign was on. You had to go through a side door that was not marked and proped open by the lock. When I went in, there was no one there to greet me and the restaurant was empty even though it had been open for over an hour. I waited almost 5 minutes before someone showed up from the back room. The lady seemed nice but they really skimmed on there portions and the guacamole was brown and old. It made me question how long the food had been sitting out. After she made my burrito it tasted fine, but the whole experience made me feel a little uneasy.

Every time I've been there they haven't had peppers and onions, the first time they offered to make them. Today it was a flat out no. Kinda ridiculous considering I was 830 and they close at 10.

The burritos are absolutely amazing. Words can't describe just how delicious they really are! Until you try one! Hands down you will fall in love

I know some people who work there, and they aren’t bad people, but the service and food here need to up their game. These guys are basically a knock off chipotle since they give you 1/4 of a scoop of protein that cost like $10. I love the taste of the food. But the cleanliness, the money:portion ratio, and especially online orders oh my lord, these 3 things and more will be the inevitable downfall of this restaurant. If you go, go in person and maybe you’ll get lucky with someone who respects the quality of service. But I’m guessing with the staff that made my most recent order… this will not happen. Might sound harsh but if you choose to work in the service industry don’t be a fool. Be honorable.

The ladies working around 1:30 on 10/7 ate downnnn!! It’s my first time trying this place and my bowl is fire. They were really friendly too. I’ll be back for sure.

How is this place still open? It’s been in disarray for well over a year. The food is always old and cold, and they’re constantly out of multiple options. While I was there, the employees were openly arguing in front of customers about not even having enough rice for a full serving, so they split tiny portions across six orders. The floor was covered in food, tables were dirty, and employees were handling food with no gloves, bending over open containers with their hair hanging into it. This location is unsanitary and needs to be shut down permanently.
