Nothing is clean, tables, chairs walls floors are filthy and covered with old food. Restroom smells like a truck stop bathroom. Soda fountain machine hasn't worked in a long time. The bottled drinks aren't cold, food is barely warm. Always out of pico and other food items and not fresh. Staff isn't very friendly

I placed an order online yesterday at 3:35pm for a 5:15 pickup. I arrived at the Kalispell Qdoba about 5:20. My order hadn't even been started.

There was a row of receipts by the cash register and when the employee was trying to find my order I pointed it out to her and provided my name. They then waited on 2 walk in customers before getting back to me and asking if I was with door dash. I said no, I'm Bethany, and I'm here for my online order pick up, which I placed 2 hours ago.

They then started to make my food. It was painful to watch. The employees were bickering with each other. They started to grill some fajita veggies, as they had none prepared. The woman making my quesadillas walked over to add the veggies (after trying to put the tortilla on the grill press with no veggies) and the man working the grill stated they weren't ready. She added them anyway. So I asked her, "are they cooked?" and she said they wouldn't be soft.

She then said they had no guacamole. By 5:40 I asked for a refund as my food was still no where near ready and I had to be leaving. I was informed I'd have to "call corporate" for a refund. I finally left with sub par food (they didn't give me any sour cream, food was under cooked etc) about 40 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready.

I asked for the name and contact info for a manager, and was given the name Drew. I called and left him a voice mail with no reply as of today (about 22 hours later). The employees were complaining that right in front of me, stating that this was all Drew's fault, that he doesn't know how to manage, and that he left them in a lurch. They were almost glaring at me and very frustrated with each other as well. Worst customer service of my entire life.

I go here EVERY. SINGLE. FRIDAY. For lunch because the people are great, food's always good, and it's just a routine now. I placed an order for friday 2/28 and that morning nobody showed up to get everything going. I placed an online order since a sign was taped up. After learning i could only pick it up after 1(when my lunch break was over) a man gave me 2 free entrees because of the mishap and because I frequent every friday. The man failed to inform me that the vouchers were only good until 3/1... What? I'm done with this qdoba after that.

If there was a ZERO star ⭐️ I would pick it. Poor customer service …. Walk up to the counter and you stand there and they just look at you! Takes minutes before they acknowledge you . Mind you, no one else is in LINE. Hire competent ppl !!!

WARNING: Kalispell Qdoba serves RAW chicken. It’s a shame I have to leave a review like this as they were once my favorite place in town to eat. But, after my sister found raw chicken in her soup, I feel it’s my duty to warn others. Raw chicken can be lethal to some & not something to play around with. We have reported this to the health department.

Served raw chicken in my loaded tortilla soup. I ordered this to be delivered and this is what they gave me. Huge health hazard.

First time coming into the place and was met with attitude by the guy behind the counter!!!! He starting throwing tortillas and the counter hard and was just very rude while I was trying to tell him my order. First and last time I will visit this place and believe that I will let people know about the poor customer service

Food used to be so much better, and wouldn't complain over "oh that might mess up our quesadilla press", like you make cheese coated burritos and quesadillas, if that doesn't mess them up nothing will, made an online order 2 hours ago, went to pick it up. The food wasn't even started. I'm never one to ever hop on any review page and say anything but Holy crap this place is sinking. In the eyes of customer service and consistency

Ridiculously overpriced for not only the taste but also so little in abundance. The portions are much smaller than Chipolte and less tasty yet somehow more expensive! I dearly miss Costa Vida, it was the perfect portion to price, and delicious. No offense to the owners or employees, but I'd want Costa Vida to return in its place any day of the week.
