My go-to Starbucks!! Employees are so nice and helpful! When I came in they were very short staffed and it was obvious they were slammed. I appreciated them calling out whose order they were currently making and they handled all the upset customers in a very gracious and polite manner. You guys are doing great <3

Hey Starbucks, so I went to the McDonald's near you and ordered a frappe in which I asked to get extra shots of espresso and was told that since this McDonald's has a location near you, they aren't allowed to do the extra shots like every other McDonald's. Greedy much Starbucks? I couldn't get extra espresso in my drink at another restaurant cuz they were simply near you. I want you to know how disgusting that is of you. Seriously????! From this alone, I will NEVER EVER purchase any item from you again. Put it this way, if I had to choose between expiring by starving, or eat/drink anything at Starbucks, I'd choose the first option happily. I cannot believe the audacity you have to not allow McDonald's to serve extra shots in their espresso cuz you are nearby. Get over yourself. You aren't even that good. I can think of 10 better places off the top of my head instantly, and one of them includes gas station coffee.

Oh and one more thing....TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER AS A COMPANY!! Yeah, we the customers see that, what you do. And I hope your business practices drive you out.

From order to delivery it took them over 20 min. This is for two people, two breakfast items and two drinks. Do not come here if you need to get anywhere the rest of the day. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Also this is not an isolated event. Writing review after three separate attempts!

They did not have a good system down to manage the flow between drive through online orders and walk ins. I waited 15 minutes for my order and finally walked away when it was clear that people in front of were still a long ways out from reviving their order. It was obvious the people working there were stressed and did not have enough staff working.

I ordered a drink online for drive though pickup, when we arrived the line was wrapped around the building. It had already been over 10 minutes and I was sent a notification on the app before we went that my order was ready for pickup. My husband went inside and asked if we could pick up our drive through mobile order in store since the drive though line was so long. The barista said that they haven’t even started the order yet so we waited. He sat in the store for 20 minutes and watched everyone coming in after him receive their drinks. Meanwhile it really slowed down in store and the drive through was cleared out. Finally a male worker asked if he had been helped so my husband explained the situation. Then they switched up and told him that someone else had taken our drink instead. So our drink had to be remade. It took over 33 minutes to get our drink in total. To top it off, when we did get the drink it was made wrong.. frustrating.
Very rude and ignored me for 15 min while my drinks sat getting cold. Unwilling to help customers. Won't be spending my money there again. Better places in town
