I love this Starbucks! The atmosphere here is just so inviting and welcoming and friendly and the people here are awesome the so friendly , the service is great I've never had a problem. It's my favorite place to be if I am not at home.

Jerrod has led this establishment to success with his welcoming community spirit. For years I've sat and written several books in the various coffee shops throughout Montana. I've watched Jerrod care for and keep his staff where others have not. He's taught them to get to know their customers and, most importantly to care. I hope his superiors recognize his excellence.

I absolutely love this Starbucks location! The baristas are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, even when the store is busy or clearly understaffed. You can truly see how hard they work, and it never goes unnoticed.

The manager, Jarrod, is amazing. He’s exactly the kind of manager you’d want running a store. He’s always out on the floor working alongside his team, supporting them, and leading by example. He’s extremely friendly, hardworking, and pays close attention to detail. Jarrod treats his employees with genuine respect and kindness while still running a tight, well-organized operation. Honestly, I own a business, and I’d hire him in a heartbeat. Managers like him are hard to find these days.

The assistant managers are just as impressive—calm under pressure, kind to employees, and always making sure everything is done correctly, even during the craziest rushes. I’m always greeted when I walk in, which makes such a difference.

This store has such a positive, well-run atmosphere, and it’s clear the team truly cares. Hands down one of my favorite Starbucks locations!

This location is a poor reflection on the Starbucks brand. Excruciatingly slow (both drive through and lobby), forgotten items, diluted drinks, and inattentive employees. They seem to be at capacity staffing wise so perhaps it is a work flow/training issue. I love my Starbucks but do not plan to return to this location in the future.

I ordered something to eat, I was in the store 20 minutes after watched around 15 of what I ordered go out the window and to other people that I ordered before, and still got nothing from them because I had school still shouldn’t take 25 minutes to make one thing

My go-to Starbucks!! Employees are so nice and helpful! When I came in they were very short staffed and it was obvious they were slammed. I appreciated them calling out whose order they were currently making and they handled all the upset customers in a very gracious and polite manner. You guys are doing great <3

Hey Starbucks, so I went to the McDonald's near you and ordered a frappe in which I asked to get extra shots of espresso and was told that since this McDonald's has a location near you, they aren't allowed to do the extra shots like every other McDonald's. Greedy much Starbucks? I couldn't get extra espresso in my drink at another restaurant cuz they were simply near you. I want you to know how disgusting that is of you. Seriously????! From this alone, I will NEVER EVER purchase any item from you again. Put it this way, if I had to choose between expiring by starving, or eat/drink anything at Starbucks, I'd choose the first option happily. I cannot believe the audacity you have to not allow McDonald's to serve extra shots in their espresso cuz you are nearby. Get over yourself. You aren't even that good. I can think of 10 better places off the top of my head instantly, and one of them includes gas station coffee.

You are gross in your audacity!

Oh and one more thing....TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER AS A COMPANY!! Yeah, we the customers see that, what you do. And I hope your business practices drive you out.
