absolutely zero integrity when it comes to consumer quality. do NOT order from them through door-dash. i understand delivery can mess with the presentation of the food but my 6” sandwich shouldn’t be swimming in a puddle of sauces when i only ordered two sauces on my sub. that’s on subways behalf, not the delivery drivers.

It had been a long crazy day and I was finally able to get food! I haven't ate at subway in a while (food quality has not been great). 10 minutes prior to closing.... I was walking up to the door and they saw me and locked the door, turned off the lights and ignored me.

Definitely would NOT recommend!!! Absolutely disgusted with the food! Service wasn't great, either. We ordered two sandwiches and l both were literally falling apart. The sandwiches were loaded with mayonnaise the point, that was basically the only flavor! We threw away three quarters of a sandwich! I'd like a refund!

Without fail, the subway on Idaho st continues to be the rudest. You guys mess up on orders and offer no resolution. When asked about the manager, I'm either lied to about their existence, or maybe that person doesn't care either? I've given this store multiple chances due to the fact that I know there's employee turnover and everyone has bad days, and yet the service still sucks. How hard is it to reimburse a missing item or just to be a polite and decent human to customers?

I had the most amazing customer service from a gentleman named Tim!!! His kindness was above and beyond my expectations! By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! I will always go to this Subway shop on W Idaho St even though it’s not the closest one to me it’s completely worth it!!!!
