I know service dogs are allowed in food places. But I saw was a pet dog in the restaurant. The young lady was sitting there with the dog at a table on her phone. 😡

Every time I’ve come in it’s been teenagers working and they are either messing around or don’t care at alll what they are doing. There should be no reason my food should look like this. Every time my girlfriend and I have come to this restaurant we have run into problems with how sloppy, incorrect, and inconsistent the food is. My meatballs should not be falling out of my sandwich into my bag. 1/5 stars easy.

I didn't even get food, got asked what I'd like after standing in the lobby for over 5 min before seeing a face, tell him what I wanted he then proceeds to continue finishing what he was doing first before helping us so I had to leave without food because I was in a hurry. If I wanted to spend time waiting for food I wouldn't have come to a fast food place. 3/02/25 at 5:30 pm .

This store was so gross today… the self serve soda are had crap splashed all over and the dust was an 1/2 inch think… stuff was spilled all over and splashed on the drink case next to it.. you can see the dirt accumulated at the edge of the machines… salt spilled all over as well… streaks of grossness dripping down the front of everything… now I’m wondering how clean it is where they make the food… my granddaughter did get really sick after eating there today….I won’t go there again.. its filthy.

August 4 we ate at the Subway in side Walmart in Kalispell . The floor needed sweeping the bread was stale, the lettuce was turning brown. The table we sat at was wobbly and semi clean. I understand that help is hard to come by but a little sweep around the dining area would be an improvement.

The subway was not busy at the time but and yet the staff were inattentive.
I stood in front of them for a good few minutes before being helped. When I thought maybe I was in the wrong, I positioned myself differently thinking I was at the wrong part of the counter. The lady who served me did so because her costaff told her to. Prior to helping us she was watching her costaff put a sign (she could clearly see us and no discussing was being had with her costaff.. just watching).
The woman who was making my sandwich could hardly remember the veggie I had asked for despite me saying them one at a time.
In the meantime of my sandwich being made, one of the other staff repeatedly jumped over the side of the counter. The staff were also negatively taking about management in front of all of the customers.
This was THE most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen.
I understand this is a subway in a Walmart…. But it’s not that hard to make a sandwich and serve your customers.

Upon arriving to the counter to order my sub, the workers were yelling at the oven and took several minutes to acknowledge my partner and I. The place was not busy at the time and the one worker had to be told to help us by her co-worker. While our sandwich was being built, and while we ate, the one employee jumped over the counter multiple times while trying to put a sign up. During our sandwich being built the staff dropped a knife on the floor and hesitated to grab a new and clean one. Other customers seemed off put by the actions and conversation of the employees as well.

This place is nasty, I should have left, but was hungry, Wilted and brown lettuce, the jalapeño's looked old, and the lady working looked like she hated her job. I should of just bought the ingredients from Walmart and made my own sandwich
Don't go here at 7pm if you want to sit down to eat. They shut down the eating area for cleaning around then.

He acted very aggravated and asked what size pop I wanted in a smirky voice, when I told him medium he slammed the cup down and then I told him if it was that inconvenient, no thank you.
