August 4 we ate at the Subway in side Walmart in Kalispell . The floor needed sweeping the bread was stale, the lettuce was turning brown. The table we sat at was wobbly and semi clean. I understand that help is hard to come by but a little sweep around the dining area would be an improvement.

Only giving five stars bc of the customer service! My son has autism and looks forward to his same sandwich every Tuesday after his therapy appts. There’s a lady who works the noon shift that is always so friendly. I truly appreciate you and I sure hope the company does as well. Thank you for showing great customer service!

The poor young man who was running the show by himself because his co-workers no showed was a trooper. He made my sandwich the way I wanted it by himself with not much experience. I hope the franchise owner gets on the ball and cans their unpunctual employees. Stay strong, bud. Your work ethic will pay off sooner than you think.The Pretzels on display aren’t even or look like the ones you will get. This is a bait and switch tactic.
