I popped into Subway this evening. I inquired about what a good amount of money on a gift card would be to cover a full meal. I was attaining one to gift to a homeless gentleman. As soon as the subway employee understood what I was trying to do, he pulled out his wallet and matched me $10. What a wonderful and kind human, excellent service and exemplary kindness! Thank you sir, you simply made my day a bit brighter!

I showed up here to eat dinner at 7 PM, the store closes at 9 PM, and I was told that the indoor dining area was closed. If it was like 8:45 I would totally get it as I have worked in the service industry before, and you don’t know if somebody is mindful of cleaning up after themselves, and a lot of employers don’t like to pay employees after closing. I probably won’t be coming back to this location which is an absolute shame because it’s right in the Home Depot parking lot.

My favorite sandwich is the spicy Italian, on Italian herb bread with pepper jack cheese toasted and of course the veggies. The service is always very fast, identical, professional and very friendly.Parking: There is always parking available within 20 ft of the front door. Easy access!

Subway=gross. With numerous other sub places in town, this is basically the emergency nothing else is open type place. Bread is mediocre at best, decent meat selection but you can tell it's not very quality. Ingredients sit there for so long everything starts to Brown and gets soggy. And considering it's so basic and not overly tasty by any means, they really have a lot of balls to charge what they do for very simplestic sandwich. Don't go unless you have no other choice.

I am an employee at this location and I just wanted to address some of the reviews, the veggies that look old, we cut them ourselves every morning, we go through the boxes Sysco sends us to ensure you are not eating rotten food. We do not wear masks because they are not required nor provided for us, and we do wash our hands. Currently, our 4 available workers are very tired and stressed out, when customers, like some of you, come in and make your problems our problems, it is very hard for us to keep smiling and treat you very kindly when you feel entitled to talk down to us, we are making your food as fast as we can and as well put together as we can. ALSO PLEASE ASK FOR THE GUACAMOLE BEFORE WE PUT YO GODDANG VEGGIES ON!!!
Corinna and her team did a tremendous job preparing a take out luncheon for 75 people! The packaging was excellent, food was great and enjoyed by all. Thank you to everyone at Subway who made our event a success. We'll do it again next summer.

I went in for lunch. I waited my turn in line. As I waited there a noticed the assistant manager ask the customer at the end of the line if he wanted his receipt. He said "no thank you" She rudely threw it in the trash can. and walked away abruptly. A few moments later she approached me and was growling (that frustrated kind of under your breathe growl) and complaining about another employee. She looks at me and sarcastically says "hello, how are you". As I began to order she was rudely throwing excess bacon and cheese back onto the line while Simultaneously making comments like "I'm so over it" loud enough for customers to hear. Then the older woman employee started complaining about the same coworker. This was absolutely the worst subway I've ever visited. Completely unprofessional and rude. I will absolutely never go back here. Who ever manages this subway I would recommend hiring some employees who won't trash talk coworkers and toss food around in front of customers. Especially hiring someone as an assistant manager who behaves this way. Really poor choice for that position.

My family went into this store and were not greeted. My husband had to ask for service. When he noticed the veggies looked slimy and old, he mentioned it to the woman behind the counter and she actually yelled at him that the veggies were fine, took a handful of lettuce and threw it on the floor. She was shockingly rude and unprofessional and the food all looked very old and rotting. We will never go back or recommend this store to anyone. The subway in Walmart is close and the staff are much nicer. Stay away from this one!!!

Sandwich artist... Yeah right... My sub looked like a bomb went off in between 2 pieces of bread. You know its bad when you cant even get everything you want on the sandwich, because you don't want to deal with opening the monstrosity when you get home.

The 20 year old girl with nasty pink hair coughing all over the place making subs is disgusting! Let alone this is frowned apon! Did this place forget about masks and washing hands?! Obviouslythey dont care about the peoplein the Valley. . I asked her to put on a mask and she gave me a dirty look and refused! Obviously once headquarters open Monday I'm calling. This is how other get sick. Including our kids!Also the sweet tea is always old. I don't think they even clean the container. It will mess up your stomach! Stay away!Manager on site should get fired as well the girl with the pink hair who never washes it because she allowed this.
