Service is always great late night at the drive thru. I appreciate folks being friendly even though they are working late. Food quality leaves a little to be desired though. Like other reviewers, I have received food that is not prepared with care pr drowning in cheese sauce.
Taco I received today had half the ingredients outside of the tortilla, almost no lettuce and literally 2 tiny pieces of tomato. Not happy that I paid $4 for a mostly empty tortilla.
Taco bell used to be affordable. If I am paying $10 for $.87 worth of food, I expect it to be prepared properly. Rewards in app are a complete joke. Probably going to Wendy’s across the street next time I want a late night snack.

Did not receive some items in box meal and didn't notice until we got home. There is no way to dispute the charge or report an issue with the order through the app so we were basically robbed by this Taco Bell location.

I place frequent mobile orders for myself and my family and while I love the clean atmosphere and some of the staff is friendly (some arent) it gets pretty old when I come inside to get my order and, even when literally nobody else is around, I get several sets of eyes acknowledging my presence, nobody comes to the counter. Its like most of the staff are allergic to people and a lot of others feel this way. That's the only thing I wish would change.

Literally gave me a small bowl of rice and beans and cost more than a meal.. like fr yall? Its literally in a side dish. My poor mom had to pay 6ish$ for a kids meal..

Specifically, at this location, we got some not so fresh food. Chalupa/crunchy taco shells and tortillas were all stale. Pretty clear they've been sitting awhile. The service was quick for how busy they appeared to be.

Stupid policy of making people with pickup orders join the drive-through line. Wasted 20 min waiting for an already that was already ready (as shown on the app).
Placed a pickup order at 10:40pm hoping to grab dinner quickly after a long day. However, this outlet makes you go through the drive-thru line even when the order's been long ready. The staff are rude make no exceptions. Horrible experience. Never going here again.
