Stop at this Taco Bell from time to time on my way home if I am out working late, I ask for a few extra sauce packets lucky to get 1-2 sauces for 3-4 item order. Have a standard of let’s say 1 packet per item and if the customer asks for extra sauce packets charge 25 cents extra per additional don’t have the customer ask for extra sauce packets and respond with “I got you” and not give any at all.

I’ve had this specific Taco Bell a couple times, this particular time I ordered a DoorDash and my soft taco arrived wet not just soggy, wet. I also ordered a 5 layer burrito that arrived significantly smaller than usual. I’ve never had great food from this particular Taco Bell. I’m also a chronic door dasher and always have issues at this store whether someone is super unkindly and rude or they just don’t make the orders in the order they are supposed to, I do not like going to this store to pick up a DoorDash.

Ordered Doritos part pack but robot got the order wrong when we mentioned to the lady at the window we think the order was taken wrong she got pissy and said “we’ll you said it was correct at the order board so” and then she didn’t tell the kitchen or try to fix it for us. I had to go back in and order again to get what I actually wanted and no one was wearing a head set. This lake of care for the job is SO infuriating as someone who use to work there I know how not ok this whole situation is. Someone needs to be fired

The Tacos 🌮 And Burritos are low-key kinda bussin but they will tear your rear hole wide open from over pressured projectile liquid doo doo the next time you have to take a good ole' dookie. However the menu favorite for me is there 12 piece Cinnabon Bites. Deep fried dough balls covered in cinnamon and suger and super creamy goodness on the inside... Absolute mouth watering finger lickin 10/10 goodness, but they are so expensive it's almost not worth getting them unless you're wealthy lol.

Has AI drive through assistant that rushes you through your order. Employees inside will RUDELY get on the speaker to tell you to be nice to the ai when it's consistently interrupting you and rushing you. I was told to be nice to the ai or go elsewhere. She did not offer any sauces and slammed the drive through window on me.
Used the app to order ahead. They fixed faster than I could arrive. Love their new customized menu options for tweaking the lowly Cheesy Bean & Rice burrito into a veggie two-handful super burrito. PURPLE CABBAGE! Who knew?

I went to this Taco Bell on 5/18 and usually I have an amazing experience, but this time I asked for no sour cream on my tacos and burritos because sour cream makes me sick in the stomach. I ate the burritos and it turns out there was sour cream in them and it is day 2 of sickness 😅

They have a computer taking orders that can't even put in the right items we ordered a number 10 so a grilled cheese steak burrito and 1 taco but instead we got a beef supreme burrito make people do their jobs instead of trying to use messed up AI to do it for them
