We had an entirely gluten free wedding and The Chef Guys absolutely crushed it! Our number one concern was being able to find a catering group that could do a fully gluten free meal without sacrificing flavor or service. As a gluten free and vegetarian bride, I wanted a delicious dinner for myself, but also to make sure that my guests had amazing food, meat included. My husband is not gluten free and is a meat eater, and we both LOVED our meal and got so many compliments. The Chef Guys were accomodating, professional, quick at responding and communicating, and most importantly, delivered an incredible family-style meal that was a highlight of our wedding day. The chef guys were incredible from start to finish. Helping us choose our options, menu, etc. our chef knocked it out of the park and we were so impressed. They fit perfectly within our budget and were extremely accommodating, especially since my husband is a picky eater. Every time we spoke with them on the phone to plan the menu, they were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making our day special.
On the day of our wedding, the food exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely delicious, and it was hands down the best meal we had during our entire seven days in the Flathead area. The beef tenderloin, in particular, was unforgettable—we’ll be dreaming about it forever!

The beef tenderloin was perfect and the rainbow trout was the best I’ve ever had. They were so easy and wonderful to work with I planned my wedding from 1000s of miles away and they made it so easy and helped with all my questions.

A world class dining experience. There's just nothing else to describe the level of skill, courtesy, taste, and professionalism demonstrated. This experience was beyond anything else I've ever had. We had the professional drink pairing with our meals and with every single course was delicious, beautiful in appearance, and had a well thought out and artful drink that accompanied and complimented some of the finest dishes I've had the pleasure of trying. Our chefs and mixologist were a caliber of their own- showing their individuality, creativity, and ability in every dish/drink. Every chef we had was personable, courteous, and constantly willing to go above and beyond. I can not recommend the Chef Guys enough to anybody in this region. Having never tried a lot of the unique dishes to be found in this locale I feel as if I was constantly in a state of pleasant surprise by the refined and creative approach taken by these professionals.
