Since about July of this summer (2025), i have consistently gotten undercooked beef patty’s. I’m an ex-fast food worker myself and i know that to help things go faster during rush there is often time cut on cooking the product (usually by 15 seconds). That should ONLY be towards potato products (or similar) NOT beef or meats of any kind. Until the past few months i have had wonderful service at wendy’s and enjoyed my meals a lot. I got wendy’s last night, didn’t realize my patty was almost raw until halfway through eating and now have food sickness. I’m not sure what’s going on but i refuse to continue to buy anything from either the Wendy’s here in Kalispell or the one on evergreen since i have had the same experience of undercooked patty’s there as well.

11/18/25 2:20pm The window attendant tried to solicit a tip claiming “ I make minimum wage”. I don’t care what your situation is, trying to get a guilt tripped tip is a bad look and extremely rude. I would’ve given a generous tip for good service instead he received $0 because of a bad attitude.

I don’t know what’s going on lately, usually it’s on fine, however the last month or so the sandwiches either have a missing ingredient, not enough sauce or today they just gave us the completely wrong ones. I can understand it’s early and mistakes happen but it’s been every single time.

was passing through and never been there but when i got to the counter to order the staff was very freindly and polite.handled my order with great service and efficiency.

45 min to get our food from the dinning room (take out) while the drive thru was running fast and furious. Then the food was luke warm, classic chicken sandwhich was soft and mushy breading with a bitter taste, fries old and soft, frosty half melted with hardly any Carmel that was paid to be added. We will never be back to that Kalispell MT location.
I just started eating Wendy's about 2 weeks ago and I have to say that they certainly outdo McDonald's in chicken nugget department. B I'm absolutely love for future nights

The employees here are phenomenal. So helpful, attentive, and kind. I lost my purse at this location and the manager kept it safe until we were able to find it. I highly recommend this location in particular.

Last time I went to Wendy's at 520 Idaho, the sausage and egg on the breakfast sandwiches were noticeably tiny. I mean, it went from where normally I could barely finish 1 breakfast baconator, to now they are made so chintzy I could eat 4. Won't be coming back, and we used to eat there multiple times a week.
