7pm on Monday night pretty dead inside. I Had a simple order with a combo and chicken wrap. The chicken in my wrap seemed old given that it was hard and dry. And the burger i got was completely wrong. I should have checked before i left.

As i am sitting here in the dinning room all the tables, chairs and floor are gross. Listening to the workers being loud yelling and not paying attention to the customer. No store manager saying anything about it. I believe that as a team lead or a manager should have the employees cleaning the dinning room and making sure that the young kids behave. Bur not in this case. Very disappointing

I had to wait 15 minutes in line when I was the next person up There were four people behind me that left because they weren’t waiting any longerand I’m just watching the drive-through fly tho, but I waited just for me to get my food and my fries to be cold. Usually this location is on top of it. I don’t know what’s going on today But I am very disappointed in my experience with your restaurant.

Worse mushroom burger I’ve ever had. Was so salty. French fries were so salty too. Did someone get salt heavy ? The regular burger was not good either. Never will eat here again

Ordered online and got there and went inside was told they didn’t see order would be awhile. So went through drive through to wait and they told me I had to come back in lobby. Service was COMPLETELY RUDE, manager told me food was ready in lobby and when I came inside was then told sorry not ready have to wait by management. They don’t know what they are doing and have major attitude when confronted on why they say one thing and it’s not true!! WORST SERVICE EVER!
