If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Anthony, the mixologist, was amazing! Such a helpful, engaged and talented dude. We had the house sour, amaretto sour, spicy coconut margarita (not on menu but ask for it), and the casa de Oro for drinks. All were fabulous, but the amaretto and spicy coco marg were out of this world. Like unbelievably good. For food we got the Brussels sprouts, cornbread with honey butter. And the apricot glazed pork shoulder. I wanted to lick the plate for everything because it was that damn good. Place is intimate and there is a two drink max per person. We came on a Friday at the end of winter and just walked in. But I can imagine you def need reservation in busier months as there is limited seating. Such a special place. Can't wait to come back when we visit Montana again.
Great local eclectic place! The executive chef Vern sources locally based food and puts a complementing yet northwest Montana presentation to it! Clint makes exquisite banging drinks along with Anthony who makes sure you have excellent personable service!! You will leave with an uplifted soul, healthier body, and uplifted spirit at the Whitefish Distillery!

Another amazing dinner @ Whitefish Distillery for us! I am gluten free & dairy free but they had a great Thai seafood option that was outstanding. As usual, our cocktails were delicious & fun. We love the vintage vibe & the great dining experience we have each time we're there?

I'm hesitant to rave about this establishment because I don't want it to become so popular that its hard to get a table, and yet I want them to be wildly successful so that they never go out of business!The hospitality of the host was welcoming and not overbearing. He was able to guide us and make suggestions on both food and drink that we took and were not disappointed in. The service was impeccable. The hand crafted cocktails were the best I've had in the valley. Our food came out surprisingly fast and was cooked to perfection. My husband got the Korean chicken and bread pudding, and I got the braised short ribs. The chicken had the most crispy breading, and yet was some of the juiciest chicken we've ever consumed. The bread pudding was not soggy or overly sweet. It was delicious (and that's coming from someone who doesn't like bread pudding). The ribs fell off the bone and melted in my mouth! The glaze and sides of my dish were paired perfectly.The exterior of the distillery looks like a house. The inside is small and cozy with wood paneling and mismatched chairs/tables. We went on a Sunday, early evening, and were 1 of 3 parties, so we were able to spread out. However, if the restaurant was full, it would be difficult to hold a conversation without others hearing it.The prices of the drinks are very expensive and the food was on the expensive side as well, but also worth it! These days, most places are expensive, but I can't say many of them are worth it, and this one is! For delicious food and cocktails, Whitefish Handcrafted Spirits and Distillery has my highest recommendation.

Our first night in town, and I'm glad we chose this spot! We called in advance, since it was getting close to closing time, and Anthony was glad to hold us a table. We got the Brussel sprouts, crab cakes, short ribs, and our kids got the chicken tenders, which were actual real pieces of chicken, not the standard tender, which we really appreciated (so did our kids!). Surprisingly diverse menu! Also the ambiance was super unique and interesting. Highly recommend for all crowds.

This is our second time there this week. It's a hidden gem that is cozy, the service is wonderful and the food is excellent . The menu isn't extensive, but to me that's a good thing. We've had the the Brussels twice, likely the best anywhere. One of our party had the crab cakes twice as they loved them so much. I had the Thai fish curry the first time, and some of the special Colombian offerings the second. Their “fizzes” are definitely something to try. I can't say enough about how good this restaurant is. We'll definitely be back next year!

Wow! Had wanted to get in here during an area visit for over a year...it happened this week. Came mid afternoon-too late for a proper lunch and too early for dinner. Enjoyed a couple of speakeasy cocktails and pork tacos turned into nachos for sharing. Everything was delicious. I would happily eat through everything on the menu. Will definitely come back, hopefully many times. Also, huge shout to the staff on hand (manager and server). Days later can't recall their names but they were amazing. Perfect service. Easy to see why they are wracking up awards!

We had our three year anniversary here and it was fantastic! Drinks were some of the best I have ever had and the tomahawk steak we shared was incredible. Staff was very nice and inviting as well. Interior is small and intimate, very quiet place to our surprise. We will definitely be back here soon! Highly recommend GREAT mocktails as well! Service was that of fine dining from our experience, love the environment, dessert was awesome, and food was top tier as it was prominent that all was made fresh. Absolutely fantastic!
As with my given ratings everything was excellent. The value was not proportionate to serving size and quantity regardless of what the supposed fair market value was. I would recommend this establishment with exception to the price
