Mother chorizo‘s food truck is a little hard to find but worth the effort. Tucked in the alley between 4th and 5th St., West and just off of Main, Watch for the signs. My sandwich was huge and so delicious. Large piece of chicken, perfectly prepared and very fresh.

Waited for about 40 minutes, they said it would take a little bit but didn’t think it would take almost an hour, ordered the loaded fries with carne but all I tasted was lime nothing else, even the steak just tasted like lime. I’ve been to Mexico and nothing tasted like pure lime, so maybe put lime on the side to let people put the amount they want like other places do.

I ordered the chilaquiles and they were incredible—perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of kick. Every bite felt authentic and made with care.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
If you’re looking for excellent Latin American cuisine and catering, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back. Five stars.
