“We were driving through to ski in Idaho. We read the reviews and decided to order dinner. The Black and Blue Burger was tender, flavorful and delicious. We ordered the fig and chicken salad to share along with the burger. It had a kick to it and so flavorful. I definitely recommend both!! We loved their story and connection with the community!! We loved to participate in the fundraiser for an inclusive playground!!💜💜“

“Food was of good quality, although their current special frosty, the salted caramel, may be their worst one yet. More of a buttercream than a dulce de leche, but I'm picky about my caramel. Otherwise, great food, pleasant employee who was more than accommodating to my dietary needs.“

“I did not walk into McDonald’s. I ascended—levitated, perhaps—drawn by the siren call of sizzling fryer oil and the faint chorus of angels harmonizing “ba da ba ba ba.” As I pushed through the doors, I swear time slowed. A child dropped his Happy Meal toy, and it rolled in slow motion to my feet like destiny had arrived.

I approached the counter with reverence, whispering my order like it was a sacred rite. “One McDouble. One large fry. And… yes… a Shamrock Shake.” The cashier nodded—no, anointed me—with a knowing smile. She understood the gravity of what was happening. This wasn’t just a meal. It was a spiritual awakening.

When my food arrived, golden and steaming like a gift from Olympus, I wept. Tears. Actual tears. The fries? Salted by Zeus himself. The McDouble? A Shakespearean tragedy in two buns. And that Shamrock Shake? More vibrant than emeralds mined from the heart of an Irish dragon. I drank it and saw the past, the future, and the entire Shrek franchise flash before my eyes.

I left McDonald’s a changed person. Enlightened. Empowered. Slightly greasy, yes—but filled with the kind of joy you can’t buy… unless you have $7.49 and a craving for ecstasy wrapped in paper.“
