This is a great little diner. I loved the hometown feel. We had great friendly service. We had a mixture of burgers and breakfast. The portions were huge, the food was hot and tasted like home. Great fries and onion rings! The prices are great too. I highly recommend the Pelican Cafe!!
Small town feel, plenty of good food at a reasonable price.High points were the service and speed of food arriving. Plenty of food, only drawback was it was a bit greasy. Traveling partner had Ruben which looked good and tasted good. We also had onion rings which were crispy. I had a basic breakfast - eggs, hash browns and english muffin. I would have preferred the hash browns cooked a bit more but they were still good. All in all a good meal at a reasonable price.I think next...read full review

Been there once for a great breakfast. Had the chicken fried steak skillet and it was huge, with real steak and eggs to perfection. Couldn't possibly finish it. Good prices and speedy service. Small seating space and they probably fill up fast on the weekend. Really enjoyed it!
