“We gambled at the bar seating for 1 hour while waiting for our food. We didn't stop once, not even when the food arrived. We knew the second drink would not be complimentary but fully earned the 1st drink to be complimentary. We saw the signs! They are very customer friendly by the way...We changed our bet from .50 to .10 and back to .50 sporadically. When the waitress came to gage how much we were gambling, she was very obvious, we were at .10 on 2 machines. I understand that people abuse the complimentary drinks but no place we gamble refuses the 1st drink. Do better to your true gamblers and stop treating us all as free loading customers. We won't return and we go out for the sole purpose of spending some money while gambling.“

“To be honest, l would have rated a 3 at first but the great customer service I received immediately changed that. I drove 10 hours out here for work and was absolutely starving I order two pizzas for take out, they weren’t great quality, one was undercooked and not cut and the other was just unappetizing. I called the store and spoke to the manager and they delivered two new pizzas to my hotel so I didn’t have to drive back at no charge and the pizza they delivered was top notch quality and quick. I wish I had gotten the store managers name but thank you so much for your help and correction.“

Shoutout to Laura and Jordan who were working during my last visit both were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience even better. Keep up the great work, team! “We visited the Diamond X the day after Thanksgiving. What an incredible place! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was spectacular. Our server, Hunter, has the best personality. She even took the time to introduce us to some of the other staff. We will definitely be going back.!“
