Ordered a new specialty sandwich, but employee needed to be read menu to compete it. Many ingredients were out, old, or just plain gross and slimy!!! Employee was intoxicated or under the influence as she couldn't remain focus for the competition of order and truly struggled using register. Gloves were worn but also touched, visor, hair, face, food, register and toaster oven. Gross!!! We will not be back.

I want to start off by saying that both of the workers that were in there were lazy and incompetent. We were waiting in line for them to take our order and my husband asked politely where the bathroom was. The male worker (Ryan), decided to have an attitude when telling my husband where the bathroom was. Not to mention that he looked for the bathroom earlier and there was no label on the door so we couldn't tell which door the bathroom was anyway. I was asked my order by the female worker (Trinit). She continues to mess up the bread, the type sandwich (like she wasn't listening to a thing I said), and she put horse radish on my sandwich instead of mayo. We were offered cookies to make up for all of the mishaps but because of their abundant laziness throughout the day there wasn't enough cookies, not even one for us. So in conclusion Subway, please have a manager on site so that you know for a fact that your employees are better prepared to take customers orders and so you can further their training.

just went to subway, had an awesome experience. delicious sandwich, and the man behind the counter was very friendly and had great conversation. we are from out of town and felt right at home. ❤️❤️❤️ edit: he's also working a 10 hour shift with no break, not sure if that's legal? not sure on the labor laws. great person to meet

The tall SKINNY red hair guy is RUDE! I heard his the new store manager now so I won’t be going back! He would rather give his phone out to girls then actually work! Dylan doesn’t wear his hair up it’s gross I don’t want hair in my sandwich! Nate Woody ask a Walmart employee about his hair and said he would talk to them about obviously he doesn’t care either! This subway needs new MANAGEMENT and people who actually wanna work and not go give free food out with his phone numbers on it to girls! To the tall SKINNY red hair guy your thinking with the wrong 6 inch!

Very clean and fast! Julian is great has awesome customer service skills and very fast! He always greets me with a smile and thanks me and tells me to have a great day. He will make a awesome store manager one day! Keep up the good work Julian.

Came in for a quick sandwich, They didn’t have the bread I wanted nor did they have enough staff, Not sure if it was the manager or not very tell young man but he was very rude and seemed annoyed when I asked for my sandwich to be cut in fours, he over loaded it with to many veggies and my cheese was missing. The hole situation was frustrating. There was no cookies I wanted either. I will not be suggesting this subway to my friends. Very poor customer service.

Amazing sandwich’s , store was fresh ,clean and inviting, The two subway employees on at lunch gave amazing customer service and my sandwich’s were toasted to perfection along with just they way I wanted it. The manager and the staff should be proud. Great job.

On my lunch break ! And the kid thats (small pony out of his hat) working right now was great , great service , handled rude costumers like a boss!!!! Very help full , explained new items being offered!!! Dude needs to be recognized!!!! And a raise !
